Stood at the liquor cabinet for over 40 minutes, with 2 other people who had been there over an hour waiting for someone to come open the cage. I spoke to 5 employees who all said they'd page someone but nver did. The others were told the same thing by other employees. The other lady called the store line and asked for someone to be sent and they paged but no one came. I called twice. First time, they immediately put me on hold without any word. Second time, she said she'd page then waited a good 5 minutes to call it. Waited another 10 minutes for someone to actually come open it. Not the first time this has happened either. Absolutely lazy.

My son helped the cashier by picking up a card board box containing a 12 pack of beer. So she denied the entire sale but didn't tell me and continued scanning. I asked several times for the store manager, but got a slew of associates .. But guy who introduced himself as store manager... Was not. According to corporate who looked it up. .Do not ask for help. I have asked for assistance getting an item, had 4 calls on the intercom, and ended up calling corporate before I got someone to get my item. It was a fish, and we aren't allowed to get it ourselves. Also, there were many many dead fish... Pet section is very neglected and usually not stocked. The entire store is a joke. Update. No more pet section with live fish. Self check outs are way faster. The store overall is better stocked but you have to fight the personal shoppers for space. They like to hang and block isles.

This was normally my go to place i was looking for some strawberries ? and this is disgusting i found some other ones that look fine i should had just stayed away from them
Update: it just gets worse since money services is closed and they're working in customer service with no signs saying which is which and you wait in line for them to tell you're in the wrong line

Been here for over an hour for an oil changes. And I was the first one. The guy is super lazy and rude. They working on somebody else car instead of my. Also talking to women instead of give the customer service he should.

I love my Walmart shopping experience Everytime. Always have everything I need. Carencro store is my girls favorite. They love the layout and selections of clothing. I would have to say Walmart has an excellent merchandiser when it comes to their clothes selection. ❤️

Hands down my favorite Walmart in the Scott area!!! Organized & clean restrooms!!! The only thing that would help, is more checkers at their stations or more self check-out!! Other than that still 5 ?
Love how the greeters are so nice & helpful!!
