I've lived in this area for close to 10 years now and this branch of the post office has always served my needs. Every postal carrier that I've interacted with on our route has always been friendly and courteous. There have even been a couple times when a package or certified mail had issues being delivered. Each time when I called the branch to ask about it the local postmaster replied quickly and resolved our issue.

This is the place I mail off most of my payments at. Postal cashier Carla is a sweetheart and takes care of most of my postal needs. She's a blessing in disguise.

Hello, about 7 our packages stock in this post and not delivered to AMAZON FBA branch in Carencro, LA. Only need to find AMAZON fulfilment centr and left the packages on reception, but post workers hold packages in post and no want to delivery, wait untis packages will returned to sender.

Post Master, Andy, went above and beyond to assist me in locating my package. The moment it arrived he called me to inform me I could pick it up. He contacted me multiple times to give me status updates. I really appreciate Andy’s efforts and professionalism. Thank you Carencro PO for excellent service!

I reported the postal worker who does my route multiple times and nothing was done. Everytime I had a card, check, or insurance mail they always returned all my mail back the companies would ask me what was going on. I was only allowed the mail that post worker wanted to give me. All they could say was they were short handed! Not short handed to send all my mail back!!! I had a post office box and everything. I would give tall a negative if I could your service is horrible!!!!

Have literally never, ever had a good experience here.Was just told I had to buy a label for ground delivery, only to have another employee say I could've just written it down on the box.Wasteful, useless

I order an Amazon package I had to wait 2 weeks for my package due to Amazon not having It in stock for my vacation. Two days before my vacation I didn't receive my delivery after it says it arrive at my post office. They told me that my package was ship to Florida !! I'm not understanding how it got accidentally ship to another state when you have to scan the package barcode. Always have problems with this post office just ridiculous.

this is what i remembered along time ago when i was 9 or 10 it was my first time going to post office. and this year my mom now drops the mail at the public mailbox. and this is one of those best office i ever went!

Taking Mail For A Ride!!The game some postal employees play.The week of September 14th through September 19 six pieces of mail were delivered. Six total for the week. On Monday we received fourteen (14) pieces of mail.Unprofessional atmosphere is the general perception when trying to conduct postal business at the Carencro facility, and I would be in favor of closing this post office. I do not believe the majority of employees at the facility care for their customers and it seems their position at work or in the community.Chief among them is the Postmaster!

I called the post office on Feb 27th and spoke to Andy to help me find a tracking number because my reciept got thrown away. I provided him with the exact date, time, purchase amount, place it was sent to and the last 4 digits to my card. He first told me i was asking him to look for a needle in a haystack. He took my phone number and said he would call me. Friday and Saturday went by with no return call. I called on Monday and spoke to him. He stated that they were very busy and no one could look up my info. I asked if i need to come through the post office to get waited on and he rudely told me that it would get me nowhere. I called again today and he is out for a week but miraculously his worker took my info and had it for me within the hour. Andy is beyond incapable of running that place. He is rude and could care less if you need help. I am a paying customer and i expect to be seen about.
