“One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I brought my trailblazer in due to a flat tire I had while traveling back home at night on the Basin bridge. I called the service center the next morning and left a message. A young lady told me someone would call me back. Mr. Robert Thibodeaux called me back within a minute. I explained my situation and he said I could come in at anytime. My tire unfortunately had to be replaced and could not be fixed, and the tire would need to be ordered. It would not be in until the next business day. It was currently Friday so that would not be until Monday unfortunately. I explained I commute daily from Lafayette to Baton Rouge and would not be able to ride on my spare. I would need a rental from Friday until Monday. Mr. Robert informed me of ARE rental that they work with frequently. He called them immediately on my behalf. He explained my situation and there was a rental ready for me at that moment. I told him I would have to go back home and have a relative bring me to pick up the rental. He was worried I might miss out on the rental. Then, one of the other employees, Ms. Deanna, unexpectedly and graciously offered to drop me to the rental place. I was really taken back by all the kindness. That saved me so much time. She was really friendly and nice. We had a great laugh on the way to the rental place. Two complete strangers lol I arrived to the rental place and Heather at ARE was already expecting me since Mr. Robert called and coordinated the rental. My rental was ready. Signed a few papers and went back to Courtesy to gather my belongings. The total to replace the tire was going to be over $250. Then, Mr. Robert inquired if I have the easy care package. I told him I was unsure but he proceeded to look into this for me anyway. He said he would continue to look into it and call me back with an update. He said if I had any questions or needed anything to please give him a call and gave me his card. Well, of course, he calls me back later and says, I was able to have the cost covered for you. No payment will be required. Wow. Because of his initiative, dollars were saved which is critical in today's economy. I am detailing all of this because, being stranded the night before on the basin bridge with heavy traffic while waiting almost an hour and a half for triple A was nerve wrecking in itself. I also had to be to work the next day. However, God was still good because He brought me home safely and put me in the path of wonderful employees such as Robert Thibodeaux and Ms. Deanna who made my experience and transition very smooth. I had much going on that day and they may have as well. We are all dealing with things daily at work and outside of work. But, despite that, they showed me, a stranger, exceptional and friendly customer service. These two are significant assets to your company and all around great human beings. I recommend recognition, raise, and promotion to the highest degree available. “I was extremely disappointer with a previous service, specifically by PepBoys manager. I thought the issue of an engine light being on was a simple matter of computer analysis to determine the trouble. I subsequently realize I needed to visit Hub City to resolve the issue/issues. Hub City not only diagnosed the mistake(s) PepBoys made, but resolved my truck's issues. Not only was I pleased with the service and friendly assistance of the personnel, but I had assumed the total bill would have been about three times higher than it actually was.”

“I just bought a 2018 Hyundai in great shape at a great price. Our salesman was Mr. Gilbert and he was not only extremely helpful he made things happen in a way that was much better than I'd hoped for. All the good folks there will go out their way for you, and it was the absolute least amount of hassle I've ever had when buying a car in my 44 years. If you NEED a car, you can't make a better choice. I don't usually give 5 star ratings but everyone there stood out so greatly I just had to, and would have given them 5 and a half stars if it was an option.”

“I initially heard of this dealership from a friend of a friend. I finally visited when I was ready to give up on purchasing my first vehicle. The salesman was honest, easy to chat with, and reasonable. All their prices offer better deals than your Honda Dealers or Toyota Dealers, and I was far from disappointed with their inventory. I was reassured, treated as a person rather than a check, and given excellent advice to use in my future purchases. “This is for all the people in question reading our reviews. As I cannot address every single review; I will give you an overall summary and you can come out find out for yourself. I will start by saying; we allow our customers to test drive as many times as they need, to bring a mechanic to check the vehicle, and to check every inch of the vehicle before purchasing. It is known from the moment they step in the vehicle from the Buyer's Guide that this is an "AS IS NO WARRANTY" vehicle. We do not push anyone to purchase a vehicle that they do not want or feel uncomfortable purchasing. We will actually do the opposite. The owner will always go far and beyond for his customers, our customers know this; which is why they return for every friend or family member. As we all know, you CAN NOT make every person happy, but we will try. Also, just as we understand when we purchase a used vehicle, they are unpredictable. The customer needs to also understand that when purchasing. And that is with any car lot or person to person sale, but we will exhaust all efforts to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Any actions beyond our dealership, is out of our control. Especially, when a customer takes it upon themselves to service the vehicle. As far as financing the vehicle, we work with everyone and give everyone a fair chance. But there are consequences for non-payment, which is in any business.
