I dropped off a returns package Monday with a QR code to generate a label. The package was redelivered to my house today because the store didn't put a label on the package to be shipped off. Now I will have to return back to the store with this heavy package again for proper shipping. I wouldn't be writing this review if this would be my only negative interaction with the business, but they charge to print a label, refused to tape my box once and don't have available packaging bags for returns. I expect these services as I get this customer service at other UPS stores. I was told that this was a different franchise and they can charge for the services they choose to.

The staff at the store were super friendly and helpful, the manager, Sam, went out of her way to help me and my family with a last minute memorial photo for my father who passed. She didn’t have to help us like she did, but she chose to be kind during a hard time for us. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this store!

The staff at this store is amazing. I am in this store very often for work and they are always willing to go the extra mile for whatever I need. On the couple of occasions where I've had shipping issues they've done everything they could to resolve my problem. A+ for this store!!!!

Wow! I don’t have enough kind words to say about the staff over at the UPS. These fine gentlemen, Ben and Marcus, were quick, friendly, and overall deserving of a raise. They carried my HEAVY package into the store unprompted and one even noticed I had a flat and changed it for me on the spot! Keep up the good work! I’ll be back to see them soon! ??

First time at this store but it was a great choice !!! Very nice gentleman was so helpful to me. I Had a huge bulky shipment to send back but he was so helpful and knew exactly what to do to get it returned He was very knowledgeable and willing to help and the price was great too !!! So glad we found this new location, very easy to find and easy getting in and out !! Will definitely return for all my shipping and packing needs !!!!

Finally! It’s so nice to not have to drive to Johnston Street to make Amazon returns. I was in and out with three returns (with separate three codes) within minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient.

In addition to the convenient location, my experience was great. The store had the supplies I needed and the staff was fast, efficient and friendly. And if another review is correct and I can send Amazon returns, I have no reason to go anywhere else!
