Jeremy worked with me to exchange out my SIM card. He was so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend the TMobile location 100%; however, switching over from Sprint has caused a LOT of dropped calls and service is horrible. The company hounded me and threatened to cut off my service unless I switched. I switched without choice and so sorry I did. I would give the store a 5, but the company a negative # of I could. I have had an extender put in the house to no avail. I am like this, I know there may ne places if you live out in the boonies where service could be horrible, but I live in the wide open. There is no reason for such horrible services. T-Mobile I pay my bill on time every month. Take care of your customers. This problem was never an issue so bad when I had Sprint. I could roam with Sprint automatically. A lot of my icons are just gone. I don't like bad reviews, but you all deserve this one. In my house, I have to sit close to where my router is to have a decent conversation and no. I do not have a tin roof for those of you who may be wondering. You bought the company from Sprint, OWN it!!!!!!

This is the worst business I have been in since moving to the south. And it is being run and manned by the Assembly of God, they will call ahead to make your shopping experience as horrible as possible if you are on their "list" of people to stress. Minus 5 out of .

Joseph P. is a life saver. I spent easily 8 hours total both on the phone and in other tmobile stores talking to representatives trying to get an account canceled that I never agreed to have started. It was a very annoying situation and in 15-20 minutes Joseph had my account canceled to avoid me being charged the $50 a month I never agreed to. He was able to do what 10 other people couldn’t even begin to do and he was polite and professional the whole time. I would recommend his service to anyone.

The employees here are lazy, rude and unhelpful. I was told by customer service to go to this store to pick up my replacement device and turn over my non working device. When I arrived at the store one employee was sitting outside on her phone smoking and 2 others were in the store not do a thing as they had no customers. I walked in told them why I was there to be told quickly sorry can't help you call customer service (they didn't even look up my info so how the hell did they know if they could help me or not?) I tried to explain I had called customer service already and they had sent my replacement device there for me to pick up and hand in my non work device. Again I am told can't help you call customer service. No let me get your info so I can look up you account, nothing but can't help you call customer service. I left very angry and quickly called customer service who were super nice and apologized for the store employees. They reordered me a replacement device to be shipped to my home so I don't have to deal with the store employees again. My advice save yourself the headache and just either call customer service or go to the store on Johnston street.

Ridiculous. My grandfather went there and the women working couldn’t transfer his data from one phone to the next bc it was an android. How you work at a phone store and don’t know how to work an android? Google is literally at your finger tips, search how to do it!

I came to T-Mobile today because I was having problems with my phone. Even though they were busy helping other customers they took they time with all of us. They let us know about the outage, but made sure we was well taken care of. I will always recommend this store!

Horrible customer service. Rep and manager did nothing to help. Rep answered phone twice while I was talking. I usually love tmobile stores customer service but this store couldn't get taxes from me. Manager Kevin is incompetent and obviously has no control of his store
