Super1 Carencro Shelves are full ⭐️, butcher excellent job⭐️, produce is fresh excellent⭐️, deli staff is fantastic⭐️, bakery staff ?can do, HUMAN cashiers working 1/2 or more registers is a WINNER⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! polite, cordial, helpful staff. Went to super 1 to grocery shop this morning, and finally found a 12 count of red velvet cupcakes. (Don’t always have them when I go) So, I bought basic cupcakes for $15, and the cashier, Diamond, thought it was a good idea to tip the cupcakes vertically making several of them fall out of the holders. She did not even think to apologize or anything. Employees need much better training on how to handle and bag groceries. Common sense would be helpful also. ??

This particular one is at the top of my list of grocery stores. I will drive out of my way to get items from here. It’s always clean and organized. There is always someone near to help. Sundays are my usual day to shop and even when busy you are usually out in a decent amount of time.

DELIVERY DRIVERS: Try to avoid this place if you can, especially if you’re delivering water. The manager at this store has some sort of personal vendetta against truckers delivering water. He will make you wait for hours, way past your delivery appointment, only to tell you that “you’ll have to wait because I specifically told you not to schedule water delivery appointments before 1000” but the genius doesn’t know that Super 1 Foods is the one that schedules the delivery appointments, not the truckers.
My appointment was at 0600 and he made me wait until 1030 and I didn’t get out of there until almost noon. Last week he made another driver wait until past noon and it was almost 1330 when he got out of there. He had to cancel his next load because he wouldn’t be able to pick it on time and by the time he was done here, he couldn’t find a decent load. He said he’ll have to “go to the truckstop and wait until tomorrow to find a new load”.
Out of all the Super 1 stores, this is the only one that I’ll never deliver to again and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get stuck here. The manager has no respect for truckers. He will make you wait just because he can so be careful when you book a load with delivery here. If you do, DO NOT book your next load until you’re done here or chances are, you’ll have to cancel that load.

I shop at this store 3 times weekly. Management, head cashiers , produce mgr, bakery are always very accommodating as well as friendly. There are many choices when it comes to groceries, but Super 1 has earned my business and I fully intend on continuing.

Went to get last minute garlic bread and they were out! Holiday weekend. The woman I spoke with, Theon, told me it would likely be a while before they were restocked but "let me see what I can do." She made a fresh loaf just for me while I waited because she thought I was so sweet. No SHE is so sweet! Excellent customer service!
