“I went in to UPS Store on Johnston Street, in Lafayette, LA, at 5:20 p.m. to send a parcel overnight delivery. An employee-in-training, Mark went over and above to ensure that my parcel got on the UPS truck, leaving the store at 5:30 p.m.All, with a smile on his face!!!”
