I will give 1 star just because the buying side of our camper was excellent. But I will NEVER buy a camper from primeaux ever in my life again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from primeaux rv. the service department is absolutely trash they are no help when your camper breaks or have issues you get no calls back we bought a brand new camper with (extended warranty) dont fall for that and it is has been a living nightmare, Dealing with the service department. Cheyenne and her supervisor avoid you. I have 2 pages of things wrong with my camper from the day we bought it. And they are still are not fixed yet brought our camper in they kept it for 2 months and it still wasn't fixed. I have proof if anyone would like to see pictures emails and text messages. Plz save your money and go somewhere else.

I was set on a 5th wheel at camping world until my wife brought me to Primeaux, where I chose the Cougar instead. Definitely check out their inventory before you buy anything. Service has been great too, they even call to check up on me every now and then

Mitch and team were awesome! Great pricing, regular follow-up to keep me informed of the status of my special ordered Brinkley Z3400 5th wheel RV, easy finance process, and awesome PDI/pick up process! Mitch made sure the hitch was changed out to the Executive Gen Y goose neck and Daniel in service trained us well on this new trailer! We are the happiest of campers!

I have to say that the whole experience from shopping our Grand Design Reflection RL28 5th wheel to buying it was an easy one. Our sales associate Lauren was very knowledgeable about the RV, and if there was something she wasn’t sure about she would get me the right answer. I appreciated that. The business manager was very helpful as well with her expertise in handling the sale. Primeaux’s parts and accessories department were very knowledgeable as well, setting me up with a Lippert tire link tire pressure monitoring system and making sure it was working properly before we left.
They also went through the entire RV and explained how everything worked including the tankless water heater which was new to me.
Those guys were first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another one from them in the future.

We stopped by at Primeaux RV to see Lauren a couple of weeks ago not really looking for a motorhome. While visiting with Lauren, a 2023 Tiffin Allegro caught our eye and we asked Lauren to take a look at it. We had not planned to purchase another motorhome until we retired. The Tiffin was everything that we could ever want in a motorhome. Lauren made the process so easy for us, working out numerous details. Primeaux RV treats their customers like they would their family. There is no other Dealership nor Sales Person that I would recommend. If you have not met Lauren go by today and find your home away from home.

I really would like to thank Casey for helping me with my R.V for over a year, I had lots of problems with my RV and he was there with me. Step-by-step, he is very, very professional. I highly, and I mean HIGHLY RECOMMEND Primeaux RV! They made the whole process of picking out and buying the perfect camper for us and our family's needs trouble-free. Ask for salesman, Cody Soileau, he is incredible at his job. Chase who did our walk through is very detailed and makes sure you are confident in how to work your camper before you leave the parking lot. And, Mrs. Shannon made the loan process so easy, too! Run to Primeaux RV if you are in the market for one, their options are endless!

The sales rep. Max, understood that we were looking. He took the time to show us the Travel Trailers that might meet our wants in a travel trailer. He let us look & explore - kick the tires, open the cabinets & answered our questions honestly.
