I give her great praise, but unfortunately. I can not remember her name off the top of my head, but she's very friendly and very helpful.”
“Absolutely pleasant experience with Mr. Caldwell in passport services. He was extremely knowledgeable and the process of submitting my passport application went smoothly compared to a prior attempt at an alternate non USPS facility. Thank you!”

“Ignore the individual ranting about the Scott post office closing early on the 19th of June. It did NOT close EARLY. Juneteenth is now a FEDERAL holiday and therefore the ALL USPS locations are CLOSED the ENTIRE DAY.The Scott location has wonderful people working in there. Always a pleasant experience.”
