Shentelle went ABOVE and BEYOOOND to make sure we left satisfied! She’s extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the best deal for adding a new line. I absolutely loved her energy and she made us feel pretty comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but also observed a third employee being extremely professional with customers as they were coming in.
