The most unprofessional place I’ve ever experienced. Waited forever to get our Carport up, and almost a year later it’s still not fully complete. The fact that they hire contractors outside of the company, but when you call and give a complaint, the first thing they say is , “he’s just a contractor “. Either way, if he’s a contractor or not he’s making your company look bad. It’s a constant run around with this company. Not to mention, when I called and said that we were going to cancel the job, the secretary stated, well if you do that, we’ll have to come and get the materials…..ummm ma’am, the materials are not here! The contractor that you have said he was coming this day and we are now weeks later. If I could rate them a -0 I would.

I was very disappointed. I called and they didn't have time. Than I called another day again they were busy and told me I can email my request.i did never got a reply. I went down to the store. they were rude and dismissive didn't seem to care that I needed assistance didn't seem to want to take care me. Would drive to Mississippi and get better help . Was very unsatisfied with the assistant and very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff to a customer I would give it a -3 Stars if I could

This place has TEERIBLE customer service both on the phone and in person. I called to ask questions, and the guy who answered was rude and didn't answer my questions because he was rushing to get me off of the phone. He told me to just go in and they would probably have what I need.
Their hours online and on the door say they take a lunch from 12pm-1pm, but they they don't open back up until 1:30pm. I guess they needed to squeeze in a nap with lunch.
I decided to give them one more chance after a couple of months. I went to pick up an order for a friend who had a heart transplant and told them the name that the materials were under. They could not find any paperwork for his order and refused to find his order in the back.
I would suggest using a different company.
