This company saved me! When my vehicle fuel pump stoped middle of interstate 3 hours into a 13 hour road trip I was stranded on side of the road with 3 kids. I called over 10 companies they were closed or had trucks out to far from my location. This was the only company to come and give me a tow! Sometimes we forget it’s the little company who can save us in a difficult situation, I will be forever thankful for your kindness, willing to help & fast service.

Extremely unprofessional company with poor customer service. The owner tows vehicles on apartment complexes, despite residents having parking stickers on their vehicles, the company advertises credit/debit cards as payment methods and only accepts cash, does not provide change and communicates with customers through a mail slot. Her words were "You're free to go" as if she was speaking to an inmate at a prison. My vehicle was also parked in the mud upon arrival.

Allowed me to get everything out of my truck in a quick timely manner before insurance took it away. Employees were very nice and helped make the recovery of my property very easy! Highly recommend

AVOID!! HORRIFIC BUINESS. Smells like someone died in that lot. Over sized lady with the tattoos is INSANELY rude. I’ve read so many reviews on her being unprofessional that I’m convinced she’s in the family buiness. No boss would ever let a single employee bring so much bad reviews to their company. Truly feel bad for the owner. Family and buiness never go well and this is a perfect example.Service: Car towing

The women in the office is VERY rude and quite stupid. Keep getting notices that they have my vehicle, 6 months after i traded it in at a dealership. I did get towed home, but never towed to their lot. And it was way before the date on the notice. So her brilliant response was well whoever they sold it to left it abandoned. With my name on registration and my plate.....seriously? She told me dont worry about it. Received another notice, 5 times the amount of the last; called again and as soon as i pointed out that stupid fact she said i was yelling and hung up in my face. To be fair, the guy that towed me home was very professional, and polite. Dont remember his name, he said he was the owner and only driver at the moment. I felt bad calling him out in a storm...he should teach the clown at the desk customer service!!!Service: Local hauling

Over the years I’ve used I-49 Towing multiple times when I’ve had car trouble. Each time I’ve had excellent experience. From dealing with the service drivers to the dispatcher, Rachael it was such a breeze. They were so helpful throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend anyone who is having trouble with their vehicle and needs a tow to give I-49 Towing a a call.Service: Car towing

Completely rude and unprofessional. They answered the phone with hello instead of announcing the business name leaving me to ask if I called the business and they very rudely told me that I infact did call the company. After totalling my vehicle and dealing with that already, the last thing anyone wants is a rude as hell towing company. Do NOT recommend for any purpose.

Called their business phone to ensure all the paperwork needed would be brought when picking up the vehicle and I was meet with the rudest attitude. It was as if I was inconveniencing her asking questions and then was hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional and don't recommend any business with them.

Jennifer needs a lesson in customer service. You never know what somebody is going through on the other side of the phone. You’re in a towing company so something tragic could’ve happened or something not so great could’ve happened either way your kindness can make a difference. And you failed Jennifer you were rude and not willing to help in any way shape or form. When I received a phone call from AAA they to thought your attitude was poor. I would never recommend the service and to top it off the driver wasn’t very kind at pick up so I decided to cancel and it went with a better company that was kind and willing to work with me under such awful circumstances. Just because there’s thousands of people in this town and I’m just ONE customer one review is all it takes somebody to read the truth. Overprice and hateful do better Jennifer and the crew disgusted at how I was treated you left me in tears I was having the worst day of my life I receive the worst news you could possibly get with somebody’s vehicle and you decided to spew attitude and hate over the phone. Seriously people get better customer service! If I can give a -5 star I would never use or recommend to anyone.Service: Car towing

Simple call to see if my car was going to be towed by their business. The receptionist had a terrible, awful attitude. I was confused and that was of no concern to her. She didn't ask if I needed any further guidance just proceeded to cutting me off mid response and hanging up. Thanks a lot

Very rude! The larger lady that works the desk is unbelievably rude and petty. I'm not sure how she still has a job being that she is in public service and has no clue how to deal with people. She needs a major attitude adjustment!

The woman that works the desk and answers the phone definitely has some type of personal issues because there is no way a person can be that rude to people without something deeper going on. The thing is she is in the public service business and needs to lean how to talk to people (Adults) She was extremely rude and very childish and petty. Almost felt like she tries her hardest to push your buttons, to try and get you upset. It was like she enjoyed it. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would be embarrassed if she worked for me!
