The store is large and well organized, and both the clothing and housewares sections have a nice variety of items. However, the atmosphere is unpleasant due to employees constantly moving about the floor doing “busy work” such as aggressively sifting through and stocking clothing racks or sweeping the aisles where customers are shopping. Every five minutes or so, a repetitive voice recording interrupts the muzak that they play, reminding us of the virtues of Goodwill. I’m happy to support a good cause, but that’s really annoying, just like the workers yelling “Welcome to Goodwill!!” every time a customer walks in the door. I will continue to support this store, but y’all need to calm down so we can shop in peace.

Make sure to ask every employee the price of something because they have 1 RUDE employee who apparently thinks she is the goodwill queen price maker. Was told a dress was 25 but she accused us of lying about that and changed the price to 40. I can understand that maybe someone made a mistake with the price but the way the goodwill queen handled it was ridiculous to say the least.. store was clean and organized but beware of the RUDE Employee!! Didn't purchase and will not return.

Refused to sell me a "toy" because it didn't have a pricetag. Extremely disappointed with their service. Been shopping at Goodwill for over 30 years and never have I ever experienced such humiliation In my life.

I enjoy shopping here. I've been to a lot of good wills, even out of state ones. Carencro good will is the only one I have always found something to buy. The store is alway clean. The staff I've talked with have been very nice.
