Would not take my return with a receipt and customer service was terrible. Noone at register several times for 10 minutes or more each time leaving a lime of people backed up

I've shopping here regularly in the past, and today I stopped in after work for a few things. The cashier, Chad was busy and not at the register when I got there, but quickly came to check me out. However when he did he did not greet me or really say anything to me at all except my total. I expect more from your customer service. No excuse for not being kind and friendly to each and every customer.

Even though one of the workers was stocking shelves, she should have not be on her personal phone! She should have been alert & when I raised my voice & said, "could some one come & check us out" we were 6 people waiting!!! Praise God for the lovely lady who came from the back area & helped us.

Get everything you need from groceries to alcohol, nicotine, to household.. All in one spot for cheap. Your neighborhood convenient store. Not the Mom and pop across the street that will charge you four times as much because they are "the only store around"! Not anymore. Thanks guys!!

All Dollar generals the same The difference is with this one their hospitality is very friendly they greet you when you come in and they speak with you until you walk out the door The hospitality is very welcoming

Today is December 29th 2020. And I purchased some products a few days before Christmas. Well one of the products that I purchased was some poison which I thought was for Ants. Unfortunately the product that I bought wasn't for that unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase. So first thing I did was look to see if I could find the receipt. Couldn't find the receipt anywhere so I review the stores return policies with or without a receipt. Once I was satisfied with my results I called the store the original place of purchase. And I told him that I wanted to return the item. Ask me if I had a receipt I told him no I lost the receipt. the girl on the phone said that's fine my manager is here and you could either do an in-store exchange or we can give you some sort of gift card for that amount. So I proceeded to return the items that I purchased. once I got to the store the manager was all rude through the item back at me and told me if you don't have a receipt there's no exchange I politely pull out my phone and show her her stores exchange policies with or without a receipt. she was rude mean and obnoxious and almost slapped my phone out of my hand and told me I don't care what it says online this is my store and if you don't have a receipt you can't exchange it and you're not doing any in store trade ins. I was irate. But I remained calm. I tried to plead my case with the manager to no avail. I took the time review The Dollar Store return policies without a receipt. I guess she was right. This is her Dollars store. Maybe they should change the name of the store and put her name on the Marquee instead. I made it someone should fire the nighttime manager who work on December 29th 2020. Because that's just ridiculous. Especially when a person goes through the process and even do their own research and call the store and explain to them that you don't have a receipt and they tell you to bring the product for an exchange or a gift card. I wish I knew who to talk to about this. Because money is tight during this pandemic. although the item that I purchased only cost five bucks that five bucks is the difference between me making it to work or not. that same five bucks could be the difference whether my kids eat tonight or not. Five bucks would have made me no difference under normal circumstances. It woud have been water under the bridge. But I promise I'm not going to stop protesting against the manager of this Dollar store until they fire her no good @$$. God don't sleep

Was open when everything else was closed for hurricane Delta. I got all necessities needed. Thankfully and and very greatful.
