“Had a great experience in the electronics department. The employee asked immediately can he assist us. We were interested in a laptop computer purchase. He seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. He gave us good advice on the purchase. The biggest thing was that he walked around the department with us and didn't just point like a lot of store employees do. Also good interaction to and that resulted into a purchase. We were very satisfied with the employee and we purchased a new laptop and a tablet.”
“Sales associates were very nice, however they were in tge process of rearranging the store, so was a bit cluttered, but were apologic of the way the store looked.”

“There was an incredibly belligerent woman in line in front of me and my grandfather earlier today (8/30). We were two of many people in line watching the scene unfold. I wish I could remember the name of the cashier but she handled the situation like a saint. She was so incredibly patient with her and became firm when the woman started in on other customers. I felt so bad that she had to go through that but GENUINE KUDOS to that worker. She deserves a raise for sure.
If you see this- THANK YOU! You showed grace and patience when I was barely holding on as a customer. You also gave us all some good laughs when it was all over. I hope you have a good life girl”
