Horrible service. Miss Alexis is a power hungry liar. First she said the bank didn’t have $50k in cash to withdraw, second she said that if they did withdraw MY CASH it would deplete THEIR funds, third she claimed they can only offer cashiers check. After asking to speak to her boss, she attempted to play middle man (and tried lying again) to which I refused and insisted I speak to her boss (branch manager) directly who informed me that Alexis had not given her the full story and she would make sure I received my cash. Cancelled both my accounts and credit cards after banking with them for almost 20 years. The bank teller was a young man who was quite respectful and unfortunately caught in the crossfire. I apologized to him before walking out because this was not his fault. He did a great job of remaining professional and kind.

Hands down the absolute worst chase branch in Louisiana… Been in there 5 times in the last five years and always walk out without being helped. They make up rules to charge extra fees or are too lazy because it’s an hour before quitting time to open a new account. I drive to the branch in downtown Lafayette and tell them what the Carencro branch has told me and they are dumbfounded saying they’ve never heard of the things I’m been told in Carencro. The downtown branch has a very friendly staff and takes care of all their Chase customers in a timely manner. Forgot to mention they will not answer their phone line in Carencro. When I contacted the branch manager on the phone issue he rudely blew me off stating they are too busy to answer their phone. I will NEVER visit this branch again. Beware the staff and management SUCK and couldn’t care less about Chase customers

I sent money to a friend And for some reason Chase thought it was fraud so they called me to make me identify myself which I did and they decide to block my account during the night. Which wouldn’t be bad if you could actually call somebody and get it unblocked but they decided to reduce their hours and no one is available to unlock my card so I’m on the side of the road with no gasoline no food and nothing to drink and chase is in the bed sleeping well

Not sure what’s going on at this branch today 1/29/2023….. been sitting in the drive through along with 2 other customers for about 20 minutes now! No acknowledgment what so ever, teller appears to be preoccupied. Even after calling to question what the hold up, still slow non engages service.

Horrible bank my card as been declining for two months only at Walmart I call them to advised them they told me I had to talk to fraud call fraud he telling me he cleared it for me to use it and it wasn’t working he tried 4 times this is so inconvenient and embarrassing I will be changing banks in a few days I’m fed up plus my work checks they didn’t want to cash it I was advised I had to deposit it and wait 24 hours

Awful Service. I presented a money order written to our hunting club and they would not deposit it into our account. It's these new young tellers telling me its a federal offense. We've been doing it for 9 years. I've lived in Carencro for over 60 yrs. Love to do business in Carencro. Drove to the Moss Street branch and they deposited my check. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
