Waited what seemed like a eternity for 10 buckets of gaco. All in the mean time multiple vehicles came and got there order before us. Unreasonably slow and terrible service. If you can order materials anywhere but here I would advise to do so.

My husband and I went in for capping for our roof. We called and waited about 20 minutes before someone even came to our vehicle. The guy that waited on us was very rude and seemed as if he didn't want to be there. He gave us the wrong product and we had to end up driving back there and get the right product. Employees were in there phones avoiding customers who were awaiting someone to even acknowledge they were there. The entire staff needs to be fired including the manager Preston who gave me the fakest apology for my horrible experience. Management needs to hold a training class on customer service, time consumption, knowledge of product, and on pronunciation.

Horrible horrible service. Don't even waste your time. The guys that work there have no knowledge of the product they are selling. I waited almost 40 minutes before someone even came to my vehicle. I called and every time someone name Jamie would transfer me. The staff were all passing us by and playing on there phones. One guy with the name Leonard kept passing my vehicle with an ugly look on his face as if I was inconviencing him by being there. This place needs to shut down or re staff immediately!

Great people top notch products at prices u can't say no too. Many years of combined experience. Roofing materials interior exterior trim u name it they have it.
