Sooo flavorful. I put them on everything from sandwiches, salads, or I just eat them straight out the container with a little balsamic and olive oil. Definitely recommend for those to switch it up from regular lettuce and spinach as a topping for meals.

I always took micro greens for a garnish. Not these. They are bursting with complex flavors.Good folk too.
