Great customer service department!! The rep who helped me open an account was extremely helpful. When I discovered that the amount of fuel I paid for in advance far exceeded the actual amount my tank needed, I was given a refund immediately. I would highly recommend Ferrellgas to everyone.

One of Ferrellgas competitors treated me like they did not need me, but I needed them! Ferrellgas was just the opposite they treated me like they needed me! Very professional and delivered in a very timely manner.Blessings to you all !!!

Ferrellgas was extremely helpful in coordinating the installation of a generator attached to one of its tanks. Staff of Ferrellgas took care of the details. They made a semi-complicated matter stress free for me.
