Sassy nails is one of the best nail salon I have ever been to I had a set done a week ago and the place I went to the design was not what I wanted so I went to sassy and they fixed them perfect and I went yesterday to get a new set because the set I had nails were coming off because the previous place didn’t do it correctly and I have had my nails done a few times to know how there supposed to be done but the set I showed them they literally made it look so much better I will forever go to sassy nails they have amazing costumer service and just all out amazing the first pic is what I wanted it is Harley Quinn themed but they made it look better I got Harley Quinn and the queen of hearts all in one thank you sassy nails

Painful pedicure...tech didn't speak English..I didn't want the corners of my toenails cut out but he did it anyway..won't be back.

The vibe was not giving the lady who did my feet was soft and gentle which was ok but every time I go to these nail salon I get the same thing half don't speak English and the other half scare to touch your feet lord knows we all the same then on the menu they give you it don't tell you for the monthly polish (gel)you get to also add a extra expensive 15$ wow

Worst experience of my life at a nail salon. I've been here once prior & said I'd never return but wanted to give them a second try just incase it was the nail TECH and not the nail SALON. Went for a simple refill & whatever chemicals were put on my nails had not only my nail bed burning but my skin around it as well. I informed the nail tech & he just continued. I thought it would go away but hours later I'm still in pain. He cut me on literally every finger & just walked away when done. Will definitely never return to this salon, completely traumatized.

So I got there around 5:40 p.m. they close at 7:00 p.m. I didn't have to wait then immediately started working on my nails. And then the guy came that was going to do my nails. He did a nice job on them but the service was so rushed that he cut my finger twice while he was filing my nails and instead of soaking off the five acrylics I had left on my nails He cut into one of my natural nails with a fake nail trying to rip it off. There is still some acrylic under my fingernails because he didn't use that round file to get it off. Also he didn't talk to me the whole time even when I talked to him. I work in customer service and I just feel like when you're paying $85 for a service It shouldn't feel like they're trying to get you out of there as fast as they possibly can and hurting you in the process. Not to mention I get severe anxiety when I'm getting my nails done for things like that happening or from people messing them up. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and now all of my fingers are sore. I've been here before and had an okay experience enough to come back. I give it 3 stars bc the set does look nice other than the acrylic stuck under my nails.

Idk if this is the usual experience and was recommended to come here but i asked for my old acrylic to be soaked off and the older lady clipped and pried off the old set (which hurt like hell!) the fresh set is fine except for dried glue around the nails. Again idk if the polish i chose is thicker but it made my nails overall VERY lumpy. I will say my niece got a gel manicure and it came out very cute and her tech was so sweet and even helped her wash her hands.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been coming to Sassy for a long time and this morning was the worst service I experienced in a long time. When the are busy, you don't get the service you pay for. To witness how they treated six. ladies this morning was just horrible. One lady's nails where not even shaped the same and they messed her toenail polish so bad it was ridiculous. The First Lady that was there just need a polish redone on one of her toes and they never helped her. Finally she left. I could go on and on but I won't. The worst service ever.

I frequented this establishment since the previous owners, John & Daisy. It's been over 13 years and I will never return! They used old sticky polish and the tech put it on extra thick. When I asked her to remove it, she became belligerent and began talking about me in her native language. I asked the other tech if someone else was coming to re-polish and they all became upset... the second tech told me she was busy. No one would answer my question. So unprofessional! There were many patrons that witnessed this. I refuse to give them one star!!!!
