They always say 1 hour. It's never 1 hour. They say that then make you wait in the lobby while they just start on your stuff. RUDE! Unprofessional! They act like you're bothering them. They lie all the time! Tell you it's ready then make you wait forever while they start. Prepared to be frustrated everytime you need your meds.

I've been waiting 30 minutes for prescriptions that were "supposedly" ready for pickup. They are rude and act as though you are an inconvenience. I recommend you transfer to another pharmacy.

It is very clear that the majority of individuals that work here are annoyed and inconvenienced by doing their job. The amount of attitude you receive for simply trying to get your medication is incredible.

My husband went to pick up his Rx that he sent in for refill before Christmas which stated today 12/28 is ready for pickup. New person at the window gets snippy with him about the date and telling him his Rx is not ready. So I call back over there about his Rx and find out all the while Rx been ready and waiting for pickup. ***New person ask somebody before turning people away, we pay money for gas to drive there.

I had my doctor send over a prescription and the staff were all extremely rude to me. After about 30 minutes after my doctor sent over the medicine I went over there to pick it up per her instructions. When I got in they ignored me and were extremely rude to me. They told me they would call me when it was ready in about 30 minutes and they never called. Only when I went back the next day they had texted me saying it was ready after I had gotten my medicine. I am not going back.

Very disappointed. Had to learn from my insurance company that they had filled a prescription they told me was out of stock and never called to notify me it was ready for over 2 weeks! Horrible customer service on the phone every time I called. Will not be using them again.

Service is very slow since Aaron is not their and the 3 sisters that were working their are no longer their. U need two people up front all the time and some techs in the back.

Since Aaron Daniels sold the pharmacy the customer service is non existent and is fast pace declining. I went yesterday to pickup a prescription that had been called in from my doctor, wasn’t ready (big surprise). Went back this morning still not ready. Asked them to transfer to a local pharmacy (which closes at 1 pm on Saturday) but felt confident they would not do so in a timely manner for me to be able to get my meds before their closing. So, attempted to call Daniel Pharmacy back to have the prescriptions transferred to Walgreens - then asked WHEN that would happen. Was put on hold and was told that I had to call Walgreens and have them initiate the transfer - which I did. So my sincere thanks for being totally useless, the meds I needed to start yesterday I won’t be able to get until Monday when my doctor cancels the Rx submitted to your inept business and sends orders to a real pharmacy. If you can’t do your job, close the doors! You are not helping. The pharmacist from Walgreens called me back to let me know that were NOT answering the phone nor accepting voicemail. I had the same issue when they finally answered on my 10th call. I asked if they would answer Walgreen pharmacist and was assured they would - different voice mailbox.Daniel rep told me she had worked there only since Thursday - that the entire staff had ALL walked off last week. The owner, Peter from Canada, is flying in on Monday to assess what is happening. I will NEVER step foot in that place again and damn sure would NEVER even consider giving them another penny. BUT for the many other local folks who are complaining about Daniel Pharmacy you might have an opportunity to speak to the owner if you are so inclined. I frankly don’t care.Aaron the community misses you tremendously, thank you for your caring and compassionate nature. I hope life is treating you kindly. And thanks to the staff that worked with you.

Aaron and staff at Daniel Pharmacy are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I deal with Daniel Pharmacy on a professional level working at a doctors office. I deal with multiple pharmacies during my work day and I am always happy when a patient has chosen Daniel Pharmacy! I cannot say enough great things about how pleasant, helpful, and happy the staff at Daniel Pharmacy is!

Aaron and his staff at Daniel Pharmacy are TOP NOTCH - they are caring, helpful, kind and always go above and beyond for all of their customers. Even though I moved out of Brusly I continue to go to Daniel Pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled because the service cannot be beat!!

Switching all of our prescriptions to Daniels Pharmacy was one of the best decisions of our lives! These people go above and beyond...and they treat you like family. They aren't afraid to pick up the phone if there is an issue with something and actually take pride in their work and service. The best of the West!
