I brought a transmission from black around the beginning of July I spent $1,500 on the transmission. The first transmission I purchased from blacks made a whining sound I told blacks they wanted me to contact the person who dropped the transmission in so they can verify it was the transmission making the noise and they did. Blacks did give me another transmission but now the one they gave me is slipping if I drive my car for 10-15 minutes straight when I come to a complete stop and try to go the came takes about 5 minutes before it actually takes off my car was not doing this until I got that transmission. I called blacks talked to the sales man Kevin he told me when it does that to turn the car off and then turn it back on. I feel like what was the purpose of me paying you all that money if I have to do that.

Called for multiple vehicles and after the first vehicle was placed on a 30 minute hold with no answer. That is unprofessional in my opinion. I have three vehicles I am looking for parts for.
