Mel, Kavar, Aaron, and Cookie were so incredibly helpful. Best pharmacy interaction I've had in multiple states by far. Thank you!

This store sells expired food to the public! Seems like management doesn't care if they sell you expired food. Why do they work here if they don't care about their job. A person of excellence would not even dare to feed expired food to a dog much less be okay with selling expired food to the public.

This is our nearest WM, so I'm there several times/week.This store has many problems, even compared to other area WM's.The lynchpin is that management won't listen to customers.Examples: Few or no store brand diet drinks are carried. Sugar-free items are extremely limited. They are often out of their own specialties, more-so than other nearby WM's. It seems to me that there is ZERO customer-to-purchasing agent communication here. Couldn't they even check to see what folks in their immediate area are ordering for home delivery from WM on-line ?Recently, the pre-packed deli potato salads' seals have been opened. I have to return items frequently. Last week, I had to go through six containers of potato salad to find one unopened. When I tell employees of this, they just ignore me.Broken grocery carts are just returned to service w/o repair. We customers keep putting them aside, but the workers just put them back into the que. Their defects are obvious. As I must shop other area WM's in Lafayette, New Iberia, Crowley, & Baton Rouge; I note them to all be in better overall shape than Broussard's.Sad,Rick .

We are frequent shoppers there and I could complain about things we like are not always in stock, but truth be told there is still a supply chain issue in this country. That is not their fault. The reason I decided to go out of my way to write a review today was because of a lovely young lady named Marquita who was working in the Garden Department this afternoon. She went out of her way to help me look for a Christmas cactus that didn't look sick. LOL. I later had to return to her department to look for some light clips and she told me exactly where to find them. A little while later she left her post to come check on me. I couldn't find the one my hubby wanted, so she looked it up and didn't see it. But then, she literally looked up and spotted a few on the very top shelf which was pushed toward the back. We giggled together and she left to go get the ladder. I truly appreciated the fact that she went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately, it's not too often I run into someone who provides excellent customer service these days, but she did, and she deserves to be recognized. People are quick to complain all the time, but when someone does something great, that needs to be known as well. She was very patient, sweet, personable, and helpful. If I were still a hiring manager for a staffing service, I would have definitely given her my business card and tried to convince her to work for my company. Additionally, Tina, my cashier, was also very personable and friendly. It doesn't cost a dime to be friendly. Great job today, ladies! Thank you!

Went to buy my dog some dog treats and was just about to check out when I noticed ants crawling out of the bag and onto my arm. Please be careful when purchasing dog food, and or treats.

This store is way cleaner and they have about 10 self check out lanes which come in handy for those times you only need a few things. This store is well stocked with a lot of foods that the Lafayette, Carencro and Breaux bridge stores dont carry. The only negative comment I can share is that All of the walmart stores do not operate the same system for the Walmart pay app . They have a diff way to do it and they will guide you though it from your phone. IT looks the same except that when you want to scan your receipt after you leave the stores, you cant. You have to use your phone to scan the Walmart barcode on the screen of the computer and then start ringing up everything. I dont know about you but I dont always carry my phone and when im checking out I usually dont remember to use my phone with barcode. So even if you try to do it the old way, it will not WORK. They. Now the app is still great for all the other things like checking prices on items with no missning price tags and i use it to search online if things are out of stock. Its just to bad that if you forget to scan the computer, you do not save ever on competitors lower prices. I shop at Walmart most of the time for everything and I would get back about 30 bucks in savings each month. I miss that.

Walmart is lucky to have found such an outstanding pharmacist like Dr. Todd Long. My prescription is always filled in an extremely timely manner and does not require special request to have it ready so quickly. Furthermore, he insist on consulting each customer on their medication, even if it's something they've (I've) taken for a considerable amount of time. Today during my brief consultation, Dr. Long was genuinely kind and cheerful and although I noted I've taken my medication before, he gave me valuable tips on specific macro nutrients to consume to help alleviate any negative side effects. His team was also just as wonderful as he. It's refreshing to see a seasoned professional remain thorough and dedicated to doing the job right.
