Every time we go here, nobody is helpful. Me and another woman were in the aisle waiting for at least 20 minutes. We asked different workers and nobody came to unlock it, more and more people came to the aisle waiting for stuff! I eventually left cause I was done waiting for someone that would never come to help. It's like this every single time, you can never get any help.

We went there today. Had about 10 items in the buggy and no checkers. I went to the service desk and she sent me back to where a cashier should be. All they had was self checkout...which I don't do. An employee was standing there staring at me and I asked her, "You don't have any checkers here?" She said "Not today". So instead of checking me out, she just stood there and watched me leave without purchasing anything.

Checked prices on lumbar on the app before going. Get to the broussard home depot and they would not honor the price it was showing up on the app per Lisa the manager "we must have done something to the app to alter the price." seriously? So the kind cashier called the general manager over the "manager" Lisa. I tried buying a Milwaukee trimmer, as well as a blower and vacuum (all Milwaukee products) from this home depot. I went in because i really wanted the string trimmer. But when i seen the deal to buy $499 worth of Milwaukee tool only products i could get $150 off i wanted to try it. When i went to try and purchase the products they would give me no deal at all. Do you want to experience REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE visit this store. I firmly believe this location reflects The Home Depot values and the shopping experience they want the customers to receive. The item we were looking for did not have a "home" location. With the assistance from Miles and Cindy (from nursery), the item was located in the overhead bins. Both were extremely helpful and went out of their way to spend the time to locate the whereabouts. Great Service!!

We needed new kitchen appliances for an older home we just purchased in Broussard, so we chose to shop here. This is where we met Chavonne Williams. Lucky us! She was very helpful and pleasant with a wonderful personality to boot. It took a while to choose the correct models for four appliances, but she remained calm, patient, kind and helpful. She was put to the test even further when we returned a couple of weeks later to cancel the order and reorder because of new sale prices. She was very sweet and understanding and so was Mae at the return desk. She definitely deserves an honorable mention as well. Not only did we save a good bit of money, but we met someone who felt more like a friend by the time we left the store. Her excellent customer service makes us only want to shop there from now on. Thank you Chavonne for exceeding expectations!
