Purchased contents of 1 locker at online auction. Went to pick up items and the desk person was super polite, a pleasure to talk to and the facility was awesome clean. I've been to a few locker auctions, and this facility is by far the cleanest and well staffed and maintained that I have been too. Will definitely continue to do business with this facility and recommend to everyone. Thank youRickey Perry

Excellent support when moving into our unit. Caring and patient staff helped us quickly rent a new unit that was close to the one we filled up much more quickly than we anticipated. Easy check in with a cute bag and lock.

Hello,I am a customer at USA Storage in Broussard. I am writing to compliment your employee, Kendrick Sinegal. I have had to speak to him several times recently about my storage unit payment method. Kendrick has been so very nice and easy to talk to about the problem I was having with my credit card having to be canceled because of a breach. He assured me that my rent was paid up for Sept.and that I could just call with my new credit card information when I received it. He was very respectful, pleasant and helpful to me the last week or so that it took for me to get my new information. I hope Kendrick will be at USA Storage for a long while. He is truly a good guy and represents USA Storage very well.Sincerely,Shirley Parker

Went in last week with a family member to check the pricing for a unit in the area. First off Kendrick and Bianca were a big help with showing us units and letting us know promotions going on. The building is very big and clean which is a plus. This is on the top of my family members list if needed by next month. The only thing I did not like was the carpeting in the inside units, but it is not my choice

I was locked out of my unit for over a month because I had not put a lock on the door right away. I was current on my rent, and could not get ahold of anyone to let me in my unit. When I finally reached someone they claimed they had issues with the manager and things would get better. Then they were bought out by this new company that came in and provided a new way to pay. I set up my auto pay, and they did not pull the payment. Again, I could not reach anyone to find out what was going on then they pulled two payments out in the middle of the month. I was charged $48 towards the end of one month after I had already paid for the month. Then was charged again on the first. The door locks don’t usually work properly and the gates are left open randomly. Most of the time the air conditioning is not working correctly, and it is dirty. I would not recommend this place at all!!

I came in on yesterday 06/22 to get information about renting a storage unit here. I didn't need it right now but the staff was very friendly. Ms. Bianca was very knowledgeable with telling me details right off back about sizing, pricing and fees and Mr. Kendrick was very friendly when showing me the facility and amenities of the property. Those two are great employees. I did take a few of the store cards as I am a realtor and definitely will recommend your facility to my clients.

I always pay in advance. I emptied my storage and canceled it on 5/3/23 and I was told that I would not receive any type of refund not even a partial refund. So I told them that was double dipping because I paid for the month of May and then someone can rent the same unit in the month of May and they get paid twice. The employee was not interested or willing to even try to help, they just kept saying they don't give refunds. It's definitely not clean and it's supposed to be climate control but it was always hot. Upon leaving the facility we were locked inside the gate because my code was instantly deactivated. We had to call twice to get a code in order to leave. After speaking with a manager I was informed that their no refund policy is company policy. Well needless to say that is the worst policy, they just take peoples money. I will NEVER use them again.

I rented a 5x10 climate controlled storage. It had adequate space for my belongings, plus it’s protected from this southern climate. The price point was excellent, IMHO! The staff are super sweet! I recommend this place!

CubeSmart which is storage max in my local area has offered great deals . The front desk receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and performed her job wonderful. I know my personal belongings will be stored safely at the location. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks

Fair rates, Great service and good management Great security & service . The only thing i would change and is not a big issue is to allow access to units 24/7 and to have an on-site dumpster for customers to use .

I have never shared an experience before through a review, However this problem needs to be addressed. Before Cube Smart took over, Storage Max was when we resided our belongings in Jan 2020. Ever since Cube Smart took over it has been a disaster. When we had to move to a larger unit and climate control, we knew it would cost a little more than what we had originally been paying for, and we were fine with that. However in June of 2022 we moved into a bigger unit after our payment of the other unit, so we were prorated the balance of moving into the larger unit and climate control. ok good. Then the first month came and we were charged a late fee for several days , because " the prorated date did not take effect in the system".. That is what they said, so ok, paid that month, then the next month came and we were again charged a late fee, ( this was all through the app, of us looking we had late fees) so I called the 1 800 number could not get any thing resolved that way, " they told me to go to the local branch to talk with manager. Fine, went several time on my lunch break for a few days and no one would be there , I could not sit around and wait, I could not go after work cause I worked past the time they were opened. Called several different times and hours and no one would answer, could not leave a message. So finally I took a Saturday and went to location. We had moved a lot further than expected but took the trip anyways. Waited for over an hour for someone to finally get there. The little "I am away and will return clock " on the door did not do any justice. Even attempting the 1 800 number again in the parking lot and still could not get anything resolved. So when the lady came, she helped us, she was very nice and stated she would take care of the issue. Come to find out this person no longer works there and our account is all messed up. Its very unprofessional and not very good customer service. If I had the money and Time to remove my items and go elsewhere I most certainly would. Maybe in the near future I will need to if this continues to happen.

I was so nervous when I walked in but I'm glad i did. The store manager Bianca made me feel so welcome. She told me when you store with us your family and from that moment all my fears went away and I became family. She was awesome from day one. I can now call cubesmart my family

The staff was friendly. Unit was OK. However my biggest problem is that when it’s advertised as a free month you have to pay insurance which coincidentally is almost as much as the small unit I rented. I was told I had no choice as far as getting the insurance. I was only using the rental unit for a short time and did not need an insurance
