I have been car shopping for a few months now and my dealer Jacob by far did the best job out of everyone as far as not only finding me what I wanted in my price range, but also listening and not applying pressure on me to buy something I did not want. He also fought really hard for me to get me my vehicle in the price range that I specifically wanted. Jacob truly did an amazing job.

Omg!!! You could not ask for a better place to buy your next car!!! They go above and beyond. Ask for Kye Poole. Best Salesman ever!! Treats you like family. And Mr. Beau Schwegmann is the finance manager. If he can't get it done, nobody can. But no matter who you deal with at Sterling Premium Select in Broussard, you will be treated with the utmost respect, and they will go above and beyond to get you in a great quality vehicle. Also, let me mention Mr. Brandon Felder. He's the general sales manager. He was also one who helped me and a very nice person to interact with. At first business with these folks looked good. Then i got there and they loaded the invoice with fees. After what i considered an unreasonable time of back and forth i left. They called and met my price and we did papers on line. The car was to be delevered with the title, it was not. No one brought up that i had to wait a week to get the paperwork i would need to register. Now it has a windshield leak and i cant get anyone on the phone to discuss what they intend to do. Calling them them lead to chasing my tail and Sabrina in service never called back. They look good speak a good game but pull back the curtain no follow up.

bought a car here 2 weeks ago. deal went pretty smoothly. but the salesman named Jacob ended up harrassing me by sending me a video of his private part which is gross!! Never thought something like this would happen to me!! Hopefully the management will do something about it because this is not ok!!I don't think this would be his last time and might not even be his first time. All I am asking is for this behavior to stop!!

If I knew then what I know now...Smh.I don't recommend this dealership to anyone at all. The salesman was ok. However, management was not!!! I drove over an hour and was informed that my vehicle could be delivered to me personally by the salesman. That was a lie! Management said otherwise. I had to return to drive my vehicle home and to my surprise there was only a 1/4 tank of gas. I brought it to the salesman's attention and he stated he attempted to fill the tank but management wouldn't allow a full tank of gas. Also I was given only 1 key which was a spare. I had to purchase my own key fob with a new key and have it cut and programmed! Disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied with my experience here! Never again! 0 out of 10! Would NOT recommend!!

I was looking around for a bigger vehicle for a while, and comparing monthly numbers. Tyler (salesman) got me into the exact SUV I wanted. Being that this was my first large purchase, I would have preferred he’d shown more diligence to make the experience more celebratory. Hence, the three stars.Update from previous 9/20/23 review: It’s an error on my part; however, not even a month after purchase I’m getting an oil change that was supposedly done my vehicle. Luckily, I caught it before it could cause more expensive issues. It’s a sad when you go into a dealership and are treated as just a walking dollar sign.

I am critical about reviews, especially when it comes to Sales and Customer Service, but for me to write this one...I am beyond completely satisfied with Sterling Premium in Broussard, and my Sales Rep (Kye Poole) and my Finance Advisor (Beau Schwegmann). This Dealership deserves 5 Big Perfect Stars for Communication, Customer Service, Responsiveness, Professionalism, and most important...Honesty! I purchased a 2020 Lexus GX460 from Sterling, and their price was fair and better than most. I looked Nationwide for the Best Deal based on the vehicle I wanted and price. Buying from someone thousands of miles away requires great communication, openness, honesty, and trust that the folks on the other end will "take care of you", "look after your best interest", and "treat you right". Sterling did it all! Yes, it is a little nerve wracking buying an expensive vehicle without seeing it in person or even driving it, but that is where you must trust and depend on the Right People to provide you Everything you need, to make a sound decision. Buying a car, in of all places Louisiana, and shipping it to Northern California, takes trust in honest folks, and I would buy another vehicle from Sterling and ship it to California again, without hesitation. I need to mention that my Lexus was exactly what they told me it would be, and the pictures they sent me were spot on! It had gone through a thorough inspection and had great service history, which I verified when I took it into my local Lexus Dealership. I requested they check it out for me, and I was ready to spend the money at Lexus to do so, but my Lexus Service Advisor told me (assured me) there was nothing needed to be done. He pulled up the vehicle history from Lexus, on top of the history that was already in Carfax, and was more than satisfied. Wow! Another box checked. My Sales Rep Kye told me the car was in perfect condition, and had gone through Sterling's own in-house inspection and service...but again, it is reassuring to any buyer's confidence when these things are then confirmed by a 3rd Party as true. I know this is a long review, but I told Kye that if he did me right, I would take care of him....so I am!Look, bottom-line, if I can purchase a vehicle from this Dealership, Sterling Premium, from the comfort of my living room in California, and have the fantastic satisfaction and outcome I received...that is definitely a Dealership that anyone, anywhere, even those living there locally, can work with, and know that their staff's Professionalism and Care for the Customer will lead to a Great Experience...like mine!Thanks,Cris

Our salesman, Nile, was fantastic through the whole process. I came to the dealership that day with no attention of buying a vehicle, but Nile never pushed me to a sale, and answered every question I had. By the end, he had all my questions answered and I had no reason not to buy. I would very much recommend Nile at the Broussard dealership.He is patient, and he knows his information. He is also efficient! I told we had to be out by 4, and we got there at 12:30. He had me out of there by 3!
