Sorry, but the worst goodwill in Acadiana. Stinks like cigarette smoke and so many of the clothes will have stains and holes. I’ve had rude experiences with some of the workers too. Wish it was more pleasant to shop there

I just walked out of here without purchasing anything, I had a bunch of stuff in my arms I put every bit back. I came in here for a dress for my daughter who needs a dress for a dress up day for only about a hour. I see one at the door after walking around and trying on multiple. So I see the one at the door I touch it and show my daughter, and the lady with the nose ring working there tells me not to shop off that rack. Then proceeds to walk to the rack take the dress off and goes put it on the rack to sell with the other dresses. What exactly was the point in that? Please someone tell me. So they loss out on a nice sale because I put everything back. TERRIBLE!

If there was a option for 0 stars it’d get one. Employees are rude as hell, i wouldn’t spend a dime here. Honestly with how rude they are. I’d rather buy new items. ✌?

July 4, 2022 Goodwill had the $2.50 sale. I had been in the store for about five minutes when the cashier started yelling at elderly women that they could not shop off the rack. She must have yelled at 40 different people so rudely. IF YOU DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO SHOP OFF THE RACK , DON'T PUT THE RACKS ON THE SALES FLOOR UNATTENDED. I couldn't take the yelling so I left. This Goodwill has the worst employees, they are rude...the majority of the items are way overpriced especially the furniture. Not a pleasant place to shop.
