The best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The filling of my prescriptions is always timely, but the staff are the real reason why I continue to come here. Always smiling, helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond. I lost my wedding ring that day and called in a panic to see if it had fallen off there somewhere. The staff looked for me very willingly and were beyond helpful. I’m so thankful for y’all!

I think this pharmacy is horrible the business is horrible and then I had my doctor call in my meds and now the pharmacist says they won’t take new patients and they can’t fill my meds but I’ve filled my meds and my children’s meds at this pharmacy so now I have to call my doctor and waste more of my valueable time. This is supposed to be a little hometown pharmacy. But it’s a joke! I grew up in Broussard!

Long story short....Needed a script filled after being without my meds for about a month. They had the meds in stock, and I was refused service because I don't Broussard and that they weren't accepting new customers. I was going to purchase few other items, but that would have been silly of me to do so after they way I was treated. By the way, I work for a living and have great insurance. I hope my race didn't play a part in their decision. I could have been that new customer that could have saved the day in the long run.

The customer service here is amazing! Everyone is soooo nice! I have never had anyone be mean to me here or treat me like I'm stupid. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your meds. Like day and night compared to cvs and walgreens! Thank you for the great service ?

I absolutely love going to Towne Pharmacy! Not only do they have gifts and a variety of fragrances for your home, the staff is friendly. I drive 15 minutes (but would drive further if I had to) because of their superb service.

I visited the E.R. back in June and they gave me a script that I would need later that night. I made it to the drugstore 10-12 minutes to closing. The medicine prescribed wasn't covered. I came home and I reached back out to the E.R. doctor. He called in a different script. I hurried and called back the drugstore. They were locking up but the pharmacist knowing the importance of taking it that night took the time to fill it. Then Ms. Judy took the time to bring it. I was so touched and full at their compassion and thoughtfulness and will never forget their care and concern. I have been using Towne Pharmacy for years and I can truly say they take pride in servicing their customers. They always provide exceptional and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can rest assured that they will make sure you have what you need.The whole staff is friendly and professional. I simply love Ms. Judy! TOWNE PHARMACY IS DEFINITELY MY PHARMACY OF CHOICE!
