I called on a Monday requesting a rental for Wednesday. Wednesday I received a call stating that they had no rentals available and were going to send me to another location. I was fine with that and asked them to confirm that they were ready for me to pick the car up. They said they would. I waited 45 minutes and had no call back. I tried calling multiple times and received no answer back. I tried calling the main enterprise hotline to see if any other rentals were available in the city and enterprise kept asking if I wanted to cancel the reservation so I finally said yes.

I'm sorry this review is a little overdue but thank you very much Mr Reggie for everything you did with helping me with my rental car after my car accident... This man is very kind and considerate to his customers I would definitely go back to this location just for the customer service thanks again Mr Reggie!

Made two reservations. Both times I showed up, no cars were available. I had to miss a business meeting in Dallas. No one cared at the business. I really hate that they do this to our community.

Reserved a SUV several weeks before the pickup. Showed up & zero suvs in the area. Don't make plans based on this location.

Derek did a fine job of helping me with my rental car. Picked me up at work and when I was done with the rental they dropped me off where I needed to go. Clean car. Highly recommend.

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up for the reservation, I was told there were no cars available for me. When I asked the worker for assistance, he was ZERO help! Left me waiting outside on the phone calling other locations. Would not recommend this location.

I always rent with Enterprise but this time there were no cars available..I went with Budget at the airport and after waiting over an hour in line the nasty guy at the desk told me he couldn't find my reservation through priceline...I immediately reached out to Enterprise and Perish was able to get me in a ride..Great customer service!!!!!!

Prices were extremely high due to supply and demand after a hurricane, which is sad and ridiculous. I called and booked over the phone. Reservation was setup for 7:30am. When I arrived the sign on the door said open at 8:00. So I waited 30 minutes to find out the car wasn’t ready and had to wait another 25 minutes for them to “clean it”. When I got the car it was still dirty and had very obviously been smoked in. It also had a low tire and expired registration. If I can help it, this was my last enterprise rental.

I attempted to return my rental cart this afternoon. There was only one person working at the time I arrived around 2:40 pm or so. The person who was working walked to the car, took the keys and I stated that I needed a ride home, he responded that I would have to wait. The wait was over an hour and he asked me to come back around 4-4:30 when he would have additional help. I decided to call an Uber instead and needed to get home. I stated that I would leave my items in the car and he responded that he would leave the car unlocked. When we went back inside, he asked me if I wanted to pay for the "missing gas" and I told him that I prepaid for it at pick up. I asked if that was not noted on my account. He then said that he would look. Shouldn't this have been done prior to asking me how I was going to pay for it? When the uber arrived, I walked outside and low and behold, the car was locked. This caused me to have to walk back into the building and ask for the car to be unlocked. tons of walking back and forth, horrible customer service, and honestly, he could have cared less that I had to walk back into the building to ask him to unlock the doors that he said he would leave unlocked. I am so tired of poor customer service, I am sure my money could be better spent elsewhere.
