I Called 3-days in advance to get my vehicle checked got there on time after setting an appointment.when i got there, i was told they didn't see my name in the Computer but i can drop it off,, they can only take a look at it, sometime that day or the next. I Never Got a Phone Call. 2-days later i call concerning my vehicle. All i kept hearing was (they're going to bring it to the Back Today) after going without my vehicle for another 3-days i decided call to pick up my vehicle because i was being Lied To. On the 6-th day i called again. But this time to pick up my vehicle Checked or Noti was Lied to Again & Again!!!On Day-6 i said who i was, & Go Figure..... about to be told Once Again (They're fixing to bring it to the Back)Had enough of the Lies, they do as Though they're to busy to communicate with me, i never got a Phone Call or Updates about my vehicle for 6-Days!!!!On day-6 I told them Im on my way to pick up my vehicle because It was still just Sitting by the Service Department.Never Again Will i go there if i have issues with any of my vehicle's and i Definitely will no longer Suggest Anyone to Bring there's there if they're having mechanical issues! They could've just been Honest from the start & I could've had a Rental Car for the 6-Days my Vehicle just Sat There!

Courtesy Chevrolet knows how to get repeat business. They treat their customers with kindness, and they do their best to get your vehicle back in your hands when it's in the repair shop if needed. When it comes to sales, Mike Roddy is the friendliness salesperson I know. The building and parking lot are always super clean. Great place to experience your next new vehicle purchase.

I received a call from Clint today from Courtesy Chrevrolet Cadillac. He told me since I wrote them another bad review to take my vehicle that I bought from Courtesy somewhere else. My money or my satisfaction are not worth anything I suppose.

I wrote a negative review two weeks ago regarding a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. After outstanding customer service and guidance from Courtesy the issue has been resolved. Courtesy has not only met but has exceeded any expectation I had. If I could leave a 100 star review I would.

I see a person I was traveling with left a review, but I'm going to leave one, too. As they said, we had warning lights go on and were very worried (it was not shifting or accelerating right). We saw this Chevrolet dealership and pulled off. Damian Leblanc was courteous, professional, and efficient - and honest. Some other person might have held us up for hours trying to figure this problem out, but Damian knew just what it was. He said by turning off the car and then back on, it would reset and probably be okay. It was. The light went off and it shifted fine. We drove many hundreds of miles to where we had to go and then got back home, no problems. He got us back on the road so fast, it was amazing. I recommend this place and Damian Leblanc .

I brought my truck in at 10 AM this morning and asked Rick to have one of the tires looked at. It is leaking air, and I cannot locate the leak to plug it. Rick said he had a few cars ahead of me, but he would take care of it. I said no problem, I worked down the road and as soon as the fixed the tire, I would come back by and pick it up. At 2:55 PM I had not heard anything about my truck, so I gave a call, told the receptionist that I needed to speak to Rick in service. She responded, confused, letting me know that the service department was gone for the day, and they would return on Monday. I explained that I had dropped off my truck to get the tire looked at, and I had not heard anything from the service department, and because no one called me before the service department closed, I would not be able to drive to and from work until Monday, to which the receptionist told me "Well I don't know what to tell you".

We had to pull off the highway on road trip because of warning lights and the car wasn't accelerating properly. Damian Leblanc the service advisor was amazing and beyond friendly and helpful and got us on our way quickly! Thank you Damian Leblanc! I recommend this service department.

Ordered my first brand new vehicle from this dealership and it was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve had. In the past I’ve had wonderful experiences with dealerships such as Don’s and Sterling, so I went in just automatically trusting this dealership which was a mistake. I was constantly given incorrect information. When I went in in person to the dealership to place my order, I added a blackout package, it was then taken off and they put just to have just the front and back Chevy emblems blacked out, which isn’t what I wanted. Before I placed my deposit, I called and asked to make sure it was still on there how I had it bc they also added different size wheels as I requested, they said I still had the blackout package, they just had to list it differently. When I got the car 4 months later, it was not with the blackout package. I also wanted to double check what towing capacity my suv had with the added trailering packed I had ordered, the sales person told me it was still only 1,500 pounds because I “had only ordered the LT” - that wasn’t what I was told when I ordered the vehicle in the first place, so I went check the website and it said it could tow up to 5,000 pounds, so I asked my salesperson to please verify with service and I was correct, it was 5,000 pounds towing capacity. She didn’t even care that she told me wrong and didn’t apologize for the mistake. I’m so glad I did my own research since they don’t seem very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and the added packages that are available on them. After waiting four months on my car, I was pressured to go in the same day it was ready and make the purchase (even though I had a no refundable deposit on it). The purchase was super rushed, I didn’t understand the warranties that were being offered. I didn’t have time to test drive. I wasn’t shown any of the numbers up front, it was like they were trying to avoid showing me anything and just wanted me to hurry sign all the lines and leave. I asked several times for a trade in value, sent pictures, vin mileage etc. they insisted they had to see it in person. When I got there at the end of the day, they already had the trade in value without even glancing at my car. And it was of course way below the Kelly blue book value. The credit personal told me the warranty was a monthly amount that I could cancel at any time, never gave me the full amount and didn’t point it out when I was signing papers. I’m canceling it now after the fact. Now that I can think about it and had time to understand it. It was an awful experience. They gave me one free oil change with the purchase of my new 2022 Chevy traverse. I think I’ll just pass, I don’t want to ever go back there. Buying a new car is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable, happy experience. I feel they robbed me of that, had a hard time even enjoying my car bc of the awful experience.
