I Called 3-days in advance to get my vehicle checked got there on time after setting an appointment.when i got there, i was told they didn't see my name in the Computer but i can drop it off,, they can only take a look at it, sometime that day or the next. I Never Got a Phone Call. 2-days later i call concerning my vehicle. All i kept hearing was (they're going to bring it to the Back Today) after going without my vehicle for another 3-days i decided call to pick up my vehicle because i was being Lied To. On the 6-th day i called again. But this time to pick up my vehicle Checked or Noti was Lied to Again & Again!!!On Day-6 i said who i was, & Go Figure..... about to be told Once Again (They're fixing to bring it to the Back)Had enough of the Lies, they do as Though they're to busy to communicate with me, i never got a Phone Call or Updates about my vehicle for 6-Days!!!!On day-6 I told them Im on my way to pick up my vehicle because It was still just Sitting by the Service Department.Never Again Will i go there if i have issues with any of my vehicle's and i Definitely will no longer Suggest Anyone to Bring there's there if they're having mechanical issues! They could've just been Honest from the start & I could've had a Rental Car for the 6-Days my Vehicle just Sat There!

Courtesy Chevrolet knows how to get repeat business. They treat their customers with kindness, and they do their best to get your vehicle back in your hands when it's in the repair shop if needed. When it comes to sales, Mike Roddy is the friendliness salesperson I know. The building and parking lot are always super clean. Great place to experience your next new vehicle purchase.

I received a call from Clint today from Courtesy Chrevrolet Cadillac. He told me since I wrote them another bad review to take my vehicle that I bought from Courtesy somewhere else. My money or my satisfaction are not worth anything I suppose.

I wrote a negative review two weeks ago regarding a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. After outstanding customer service and guidance from Courtesy the issue has been resolved. Courtesy has not only met but has exceeded any expectation I had. If I could leave a 100 star review I would.

I see a person I was traveling with left a review, but I'm going to leave one, too. As they said, we had warning lights go on and were very worried (it was not shifting or accelerating right). We saw this Chevrolet dealership and pulled off. Damian Leblanc was courteous, professional, and efficient - and honest. Some other person might have held us up for hours trying to figure this problem out, but Damian knew just what it was. He said by turning off the car and then back on, it would reset and probably be okay. It was. The light went off and it shifted fine. We drove many hundreds of miles to where we had to go and then got back home, no problems. He got us back on the road so fast, it was amazing. I recommend this place and Damian Leblanc .

I brought my truck in at 10 AM this morning and asked Rick to have one of the tires looked at. It is leaking air, and I cannot locate the leak to plug it. Rick said he had a few cars ahead of me, but he would take care of it. I said no problem, I worked down the road and as soon as the fixed the tire, I would come back by and pick it up. At 2:55 PM I had not heard anything about my truck, so I gave a call, told the receptionist that I needed to speak to Rick in service. She responded, confused, letting me know that the service department was gone for the day, and they would return on Monday. I explained that I had dropped off my truck to get the tire looked at, and I had not heard anything from the service department, and because no one called me before the service department closed, I would not be able to drive to and from work until Monday, to which the receptionist told me "Well I don't know what to tell you".

We had to pull off the highway on road trip because of warning lights and the car wasn't accelerating properly. Damian Leblanc the service advisor was amazing and beyond friendly and helpful and got us on our way quickly! Thank you Damian Leblanc! I recommend this service department.

The staff in the Service Department were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the shuttle service to and from my residence while my vehicle was being repaired. That's what I call SERVICE!!!

I keep calling them to see what is the status of my car to see if there finished and tell me that there going to call me back but never do so I have to call them a second time
