I bought 2 trucks from these guys. Have used their service department for both trucks for everything. Parts guys said parts are in we close at 2 we can get you taken care of, service gentleman tells me not only are there no technicians on permise, they dont have the tools for the job... the tools needed for the job are a ratchet set and a trim tool... I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Brought my car in and they wanted $500 for an oil change and if that didn’t fix it, they needed to replace my engine for $8,000 dollars. Went somewhere else, paid $2,600 for a new engine. They also kept my car for a week and never touched it. Will NEVER be back.

I received a call from Clint today from Courtesy Chrevrolet Cadillac. He told me since I wrote them another bad review to take my vehicle that I bought from Courtesy somewhere else. My money or my satisfaction are not worth anything I suppose.

I purchased a 2023 convertible Camaro. It came from the factory with a leaking top. My car filled with rain water ruining the carpet, possibly the seats and the ventilation system. Toxic mold has taken over the inside of my car. I called Rick and true to his word to do whatever it takes to find the problem and fix it once and for all, he did. He discovered that all of the seals were defective and replaced them on my 3 month old car. We are now waiting for the replacement carpeting to arrive so it can be installed. I will then have the seats mold tested and then the AC will need to be sanitized to kill the spores that came in through the recirculation button. Rick was kind, professional and made me feel like he cared about me and my car. It was a difficult problem to solve and he had to follow all of GM's protocols which took weeks. He communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate problem solvers like Rick, who care about people!

I was informed that the oil change and chip installation for park assist would take approximately 3 hours. Delivered the truck to dealership at 7:30AM. Oil change was completed by 9:30AM, Chips were installed and truck was delivered to the rack for tire rotation at 11:30. 2.5 hours later the tire rotation was complete. I informed the dealership that I was from out of town and could not leave the vehicle with them, and the service advisor told me that they would do everything to get me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. I was offered an employee discount for the service due to the length of time it took to complete the job. I had a complimentary service voucher in my email that I had not used, so I showed it to the advisor, and he said that he would take care of it, but it had expired, so he still honored the discounted service.

When in for oil change and tire pressure sensor change. Check engine light on. Was there 3hrs and when I left I had two other tire pressure sensors not working and chech engine light still on. Now there is a reduced power error code. I paid nearly $300 and left in worst condition than when I drove in.

I wrote a negative review two weeks ago regarding a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. After outstanding customer service and guidance from Courtesy the issue has been resolved. Courtesy has not only met but has exceeded any expectation I had. If I could leave a 100 star review I would.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD and the Ultra Extended Warranty in October 2021 with under 45000 miles. Current odometer reading is under 57000. I have had it less than 13000 miles. All required maintenance has been completed during my time of ownership. The vehicle started running rough so I brought it in for service. I am being told it needs a new engine. Nissan wants verification of maintenance prior to my ownership. I contacted my salesperson at Courtesy in Broussard and she has been trying to assist me in acquiring documentation to provide to Nissan. However she has not been successful. Although she has given her best effort it seems management has no interest in cooperating to assist their customer. I am a repeat customer and have given Courtesy my business for many years and this is the first time I can say I am disappointed. Even with the Nissan powertrain warranty still in effect as well as powertrain coverage with the extended warranty it seems I will either have to pay $20000 for engine replacement or own an inoperable vehicle.

2 words....Rodney Batiste! Just purchased my second vehicle with Rodney and when the time comes I will definitely call him for my 3rd. He is knowledgeable, polite, and so easy to talk to which helped lessen my anxiety about having to buy a new vehicle. I've reached out to him more than once and asked for his opinion/advice and he was honest with his answers to my questions, so I kinda feel that I not only have a reliable salesman but a new friend as well.
