After shopping for a vehicle for 2 months I was referred to Rodney Batiste at Courtesy Chevrolet and on the first day I applied, I had my new Chevrolet! I will refer Rodney and Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone I can. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And I LOVE MY TRAX!

We found our dream truck at Courtesy in Louisiana. We live in Kansas so I was very worried about the purchasing and delivery process. Ethan Rottman at Courtesy made the entire experience very easy and seamless! He was also very enthusiastic for us and shared in our joy. Great experience!

Worst buying experience ever.
Very deceiving practices, watch out for all hidden fees
They tried to slip in higher interest rate and sales manager showed no remorse
Would not recommend them at all

My salesperson Ethan did a great job. He was friendly and answered all my questions he went above and beyond to make sure I got what i wanted and helped make sure I was happy with my deal. Ryan in finance did a great job making the financing and paperwork easy to understand and comfortable. Rick in the service dept. Also did a great job getting me prices on services and parts i was interested in. Overall these 3 were kind, informative, and friendly . I'd definitely say in my experience they get 5 stars!

Chris reached out to me after i inquired about a truck online
He told me they have a Chevy Silverado Custom which is what I'm looking for but he failed to tell me it was a demo with 5500 miles had it priced as brand new this is technically used truck it's already had 1 oil change
He was arguing with me telling me it was brand new he was also trying to compare it to a truck I was looking at in Baton Rouge that truck has 5 miles it is brand new
After arguing with me and not wanting to come off the brand new price tag for a used truck he went back inside and found one with 115 miles for the same price
This is ridiculous should not be asking pull price for a truck with 5500 miles that's is a 2024 used truck it should be priced as a used truck

Went in to get an oil change and I tire rotation. The shop foreman said they couldn't do the tire rotation because I have aftermarket wheels and they have different torque specs. I have never heard of such a thing. I'll be sticking with Service Chevrolet. The mechanics at Courtesy are a joke.

Just received a flyer, in the mail, offering discounts if I bring my 2023 Silverado in for service. Interesting! Since October my truck has been to the dealership three times for the same electrical, computer, engine code, and transmission problems. The truck had approximately 20,000 miles and was software updated two or three times by the manufacturer before the problems began. October for 3 days, December for 12 days and presently since May 4th. I have not heard an update, or progress report, in 3 1/2 weeks. The truck doesn’t need service, it needs to be fixed!
