Single grandmother raising 2 grandchildren, guy told me he could not install my blown low beam headlight bulb for me. I have never even had to ask an auto zone employee if they could please install bulbs, windshield wipers, even the in cabin air filter(I didn't even know existed)for me. They have just always offered and very polite about it. The store had no other customers in the store and he told me no he was not allowed to do that. He gave me the wrong bulb, when I returned the very nice young, very tall black gentleman did not even ask, just asked me to pop the hood. 3 minutes later I was on my way. I did not get names but the guy that couldn't help me was an older black very tall gentleman with a gold tooth that was working late on 6/29/24... nice younger very tall black gentleman that helped me today, was also working 6/29/24 but did not wait on me that night. If he had helped me that night it would have saved me the trip all the way back to town. I tipped this young man 5$. Wish I had had more to give him.

The guys working the desk were helpful and friendly. They immediately asked me what I needed assistance with and pulled the parts straight away. I needed brake pads and he showed me the price differences so that I could choose the ones I wanted. I highly recommend this location.
