“I normally don't leave reviews but I had too. I was having an issue with my car. I stop there and they discovered the dealership left the oil cap off and oil spill over the engine and leaked before. No major damage because I caught it quick. I got an oil change yesterday at dealership but I'm so happy that they were knowledgeable, quick, and accurate. “I had a slow leak in one of my tires. My friend recommended I come to Albert’s because she loved their great customer service. I got there around 4pm and a gentleman with a gray shirt on asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed. It literally look him less than 5 minutes to fix. They informed and showed me that I had a nail in my tire. They were so nice and courteous. I loved that I didn’t even need to get out of my car, which was convenient because I was headed home with my kids. It definitely was a breath of fresh air to experience such great customer service!”

They take good care of their customers, let them know of things that may need to be replaced in the future and will be up front about their pricing and parts. That doesn't even match how fast a turn around time there is. I dropped my Rogue off for brakes first thing in the morning and by noon they were finished. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for as long as they are in business.”

“This is the best, most reputable, honest, and kindest mechanic and shop owner in the city. Mr. Lewis is Amazing. My car engine got flooded out last December, and he did a full engine replacement, in addition to mold abatement and one of the best car wash interior bombs I've ever had the privilege of using.
Also, his prices are really incredible.
I am so incredibly grateful to Mr. Lewis. He can and will handle your insurance claims with grace and ease, fighting for you the smart way at every corner.
He will also make sure to try and fix things in an order so that insurance keeps paying for a rental.
Somehow, him and his team made my front bumper-that got dragged under the car by the power of the flood water and was scraped along the concrete by the tow truck- look like new. By some magic.
I am truly in awe, and very grateful. We are going on 8 months later and I haven't had a SINGLE problem. I thank the friend who recommended him to my mom.

“Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.”
