They are upcharging their prices. Every place near them is cheaper. great example, a cigar is 1.07 everywhere, at pennywise its 1.40 something and they will lie to you and say price has gone up. Their cigarettes that are 8.40 elsewhere are near 10 there. taking advantage of interstate travlers, take it from me, someone who lives in this town. Completely repulsive behavior from no one but the greedy owner. I work in breaux bridge and am spreading this information of ill practice to everyone I meet.
