Christy beardReally looked out for meI have a 2022 mack pinnacle I was getting a truck inspection done at another my yard they told me I had a slight leak at the pto I was a little low on trans fluid the had me in and out in 27 minutes added it right there in the check in fantastic customer serviceI was almost 1 gallon low in oven 100k miles so keep a eye on your equipment

Repairs done timely! Major job. Transmission in older CL713. Just wore it out. 500,000 miles or better smooth communication, quote and time expected was all accurate. Large bill, but already about knew what it would be. They got me back to work promptly. No leaks, all ready to go with a nice warranty. If you don’t want to do it yourself, you should support your Mack dealer so they can be there to support you. Yes, it was expensive. But most times you get what you pay for. I am happy with all involved.After picking it up, we held a memorial service for my checkbook.Without their help it would have died eventually on its own. We are back earning a living.Just one of the many bumps in the road for us truckers. Long live Mack Trucks!

They have new teem member in Parts his name is Tim very unprofessional and doesn’t want to help the customer. I was trying to order some parts first he couldn’t find it, then he told me that it’s in back order and I asked him if he can place an order for me. He said no he can’t order it, I asked him why you can’t order the parts so where should I get it if you guys can’t order. He didn’t had no answer for me and just hung up on my face, that’s very unprofessional. I am a positive and happy person usually I don’t want to leave a bad review but I want to let the Manager know because you guys be loosing business with that kind of workers.
