Awesome mix of what looks like local artist consignment and New Orleans themed gift shop, I was impressed to see items priced accordingly too. So no matter the budget you will likely find something to suit your fancy. Despite the tiny frontage, Shelly greeted me at the door and welcomed us to the 3,000 soft store! I'll be sure to stop again next time we are through

This gallery is not just a "Shop", it is an experience !! it is filled with hand made , artisan created items, that you will only see here. Everyone is warm and welcoming. if you need pieces for gifts , home decor, or for your collection ....RODAY on over !! You will not be disappointed. You will also be supporting Louisiana artists and small business. It's a win-win! I love this place . Take the time to really look at everything . Many treasures to discover!! Last minute stop with a group (we called ahead and this is recommended). Amazing art coop- super original art and amazing clerks. An awesome, awesome surprise find in a world where do many gift shops sell mass-produced junk.

Delightful Stopover - Warm Hospitality, Great Souvenirs!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This weekend, I found myself pausing at the Louisiana Marketshops at the 115 on my return journey from Florida to Texas. What an unexpected delight that turned out to be! This place brims with authentic Louisiana charm - as they say here, "Laissez les bon temps rouler" (Let the good times roll). The service was second to none. The staff showed genuine interest, made recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. From an intriguing alligator head to the perfect shirts for my wife and me and our two sons, they had a wide variety of souvenirs that catered to our diverse tastes. The stickers and shot glass I got were unique pieces that captured the spirit of Louisiana.Walking through the doors, I was greeted with such warm hospitality - a testament to the famous Southern charm. The ladies who helped me out did so with such grace and courtesy that it felt like being welcomed home. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the shot glass I had bought was unfortunately broken. It's a minor hiccup in an otherwise outstanding experience. I hope someone from the store could reach out to me so we can resolve this issue. It would be great to have another one shipped over to Texas as it would be a perfect memento of my visit.Overall, I'd definitely recommend Louisiana Marketshops at the 115 for anyone passing through. This place has heart and soul, and you'll surely leave with a little piece of Louisiana to remember your visit by.

We were amazed at this place, when we walked into the store. Thought we were in heaven. Was ready to spend $ to add items to our home. Then we started looking at the price tags. WOW you want to support local artist, but if no one is going to buy a cabinet door for $2000dollars. If the stuff was half the price, people would buy more and the artist could be supported. Seems that everyone walked in/out with 1or2 small items, leaving disappointed. We wished we could have spent $$ there. ?

Don’t bring kids! Had about 10 things we were about to buy. This nice lady gave my daughter who just turned 2 yesterday some beads and my daughter was running. She’s 2 she can’t run very fast. About as fast as an adult walks. She wasn’t touching anything and was behaving. My fiancé asked our daughter to stop running and the worker said “yeah is that your kid you need to get her and hold her hand” first off you don’t correct our kid who is just being a kid and not breaking or touching anything. And second she’s TWO. I said we were not giving these people our money. The lady said okay she can’t run in the store we said she’s two and left and didn’t give a cent to that place. They just lost out on a couple hundred of dollars.Edit: after they replied to this I want to put it that my daughter was being “monitored” we never took our eyes off her we were right behind her. Mind you she is 2 her running is walking. These people have NO RIGHT to yell or correct my 2 year old.
