I have been looking for a new truck for about three years. I finally found almost exactly what I wanted online in Breaux Bridge. Before, Mississippi (6 hours away) was the nearest dealership on the GMC website. I called Courtesy GMC on the phone and I received a call from a salesman. Once I was clear to go to the dealership (1 hour from my home) I contacted the salesman. He was at GMC training in Dallas, so he hooked me up with another salesman (Witness Gary). Witness was great! We had lots in common, he didn't pressure me and ended up hooking me up with my new truck.

I purchased my 2023 trailblazer in 2022. The experience was great from starting to end. The issue I have now that I finished paying it off after 19 months. I was notified by Capitol One that the remaining of my gap is refundable. It has been a little over a month and I have called several time to speak with Mr Mark. On the first phone call he promised to send me the necessary paperwork through my email since I stayed out of town, but I have yet to receive it. I called back 3 more time and left a message and he refused to return my call. On the first called all he try to do is sell me services, that is not what the call was about.

Brittney was very patient and helpful. She was warm and welcoming. When my information came back from the bank, she looked for solutions to help me find a vehicle within the bank’s approval range. After she talked to Blake, the Manager, they both learned my information came back wrong and was able to get me in the car I originally wanted. After sitting with Mark, the Finance Manager I was able to add on additional packages at the note I was comfortable with paying. All staff worked together and served me well to ensure a win for both ends. I appreciate my process and love my new car.

What a nice group of people. I was stuck, my Chevy Tahoe broke down traveling from Houston back to our home in Florida. The car would take a month to repair. They looked at my car, gave me a reasonable price for the trade, found me the right SUV to replace it by going to another dealer in the area, and made the numbers work. Couldnt think of a better place to break down and need help. Thanks
