Their "high speed" service is a joke, especially since it's DSL and their over the phone repair dept and cust service are comparable to using sandpaper in lieu of hand lotion. They lie to you over the phone and also to your face when the techs come out to perform work that needs to be fixed again within days! I'd retae them less than zero stars, but it doesn't allow me to. How do you fix a wire issue with wires on top of the ground and call it temporarily fixing it when it's been this way for 6 months???!!!!

The service this company "provides" is absolutely mediocre. The app never works, unless I wanna make a payment. The customer service is terrible not to mention when I signed on with this company I was lied to just to make a sale. The internet speed they provide you with is not what your paying for. I pay almost $70 a month for 1MB/Second download speed, don't get me wrong I live in a rural area so can't be picky, but the internet barely runs at 200KB's/second. When multiple devices are connected you may as well forget you have a wifi provider because the wifi DOESNT EXIST! I called and even offered to pay a lot more for somthing better than the garbage I am currently getting and all the guy cared about was getting a good review. I am currently in search of a new network provider and this is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

Horrific customer service for outages. Been 5 days without internet and still not resolved and they refuse to send technician out even though they can not resolve from their end.

This is the slowest internet service. It took over 45 minutes of waiting on hold to cancel the service. You must call to cancel and they are RUDE!

I spoke with some disgusting man who had something in his mouth while speaking with me. He acted like he was doing me a favor by setting me up with service. Someone please help the mouth-breather clean up his act and show customers and himself a little respect by having a minimal amount of decorum.

Dont bother!!! This company outsiurces overseas for customer support. They keep you going in circles and get nothing resolved. Internet is either veryyy slow or non existent!!!
