Love their pre-packed chicken salad with almonds and cranberries in the deli.Choice meats, custom cuts available, plenty of specialty frozen entrees, such as Natchitoches Meat Pies.Plenty of cashiers and helpful staff in office/quick check lane.”

“Really good Boudin. Not stupid spicy like a lot of the other places, but A lot of flavor with just a little kick and without the overpowering liver flavor (hate liver). The cracklin wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. Boudin balls were delicious but small and only came in two flavors. Regular and mozzarella (More flavors like pepper Jack or jalapeño popper would be so good y’all) the cheese was distributed throughout and not just a hunk of goo in the middle like other places do. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, but wasn’t very friendly either. However, it was late in the day and a Friday so that’s totally understandable. Will definitely visit again.”

“My husband works here the people that work with him are very helpful and kind-hearted or should I say the people that he works for Miss Kelly is one of the most kindest bosses I've ever met, they cook all kind of different types of food such boudin, boudin balls, sausage ,gumbo an many other delicious things.”
