“I have been looking for a new truck for about three years. I finally found almost exactly what I wanted online in Breaux Bridge. Before, Mississippi (6 hours away) was the nearest dealership on the GMC website. I called Courtesy GMC on the phone and I received a call from a salesman. Once I was clear to go to the dealership (1 hour from my home) I contacted the salesman. He was at GMC training in Dallas, so he hooked me up with another salesman (Witness Gary). Witness was great! We had lots in common, he didn't pressure me and ended up hooking me up with my new truck.”

“Heading back to Texas from a 2-day business trip to Louisiana, and the top nut on my front-right shock came off. The shock was just held on by the bottom bolt. Pulled into GPA, pouring rain, and asked if they could just take the shock off so i could continue on. He said he may have the bushings/grommets to fix it, but couldn't find any, so he just left it off. Anyway, I was at their mercy, and they treated me right. Less than twenty minutes later I was back on the highway. They were super friendly and helpful, and they know how to treat customers. If I lived anywhere close, they would be my go-to mechanic shop.”

I walked in with a bag full of random parts (yolk from my brush hogg’s driveline) and these guys were back at the counter with the new parts needed under a minute flat!

“L and L Tire service gets a 5 out of 5 star rating from me. We got a puncture on the I 10 outside Lafayette and called into L and L because we needed it repaired very quickly because we were driving on the space saver spare wheel and tire and had a long drive ahead. They gave excellent customer service and unfortunately couldn’t repair it because the tire had wall damage as well. They were willing to order a new replacement overnight and fit it the next morning. Thanks again for your help and advice.”
