The integrity I've witnessed today from Mr. Jason is beyond amazing customer service. Acknowledged my mother and I as we entered, took the time to listen to my mom & me here and there lol. Everything was explained an questions answered. Mr. Jason went above and beyond to try to right a wrong previously made by another former worker. 5 stars for serving us I recommend if you have questions or ready for an upgrade Mr. Jason is worth the recommendation. Hopefully more people can begin again taking pride in their work as did he. Thank you for your service, Patience, andabove all honesty.-dizzy

Was on the phone with tech support for 2 days straight and they couldn’t fix my issue. Went to the breaux bridge location and Jordan was very helpful got my issue fixed in no time and even helped me lower my monthly bill! He was great!!!!

This store sucks! You can't actually call the location, the number that's listed goes to tiawana! My husband went in and paid the bill with cash and then they charged our credit card, double dipped and when he paid cash they made excuses they couldn't give him a receipt!!!! I highly don't recommend them....

After numerous attempts to fix my account due to a sales representative not knowing how to do her job this has cost me hundreds of extra dollars and is still not resolved. I'm still waiting to hear from the district manager and still have not. I'm very dissatisfied with AT&T and the fact that they were wrong and did things wrong and won't take accountability for it.

My dad needs an upgrade. It’s a Sunday and the store should open 12. Well….. a half hour later, store is still locked up.

I have been to multiple AT&T stores in the last couple weeks and decided to stop by in Breaux Bridge today. Jordan was absolutely amazing, extremely informative, and extremely sweet. One of the best AT&T experiences I have ever had. I don’t know if she’s a manager, but if she is not, she is definitely management material that needs to be looked at by someone higher up.
