They sold me a $25 BBQ pit that they tried to sell for $35 until I showed them the correct price. The box was damaged and all the parts were not in the box. I tried to return it and was told that since it was opened I could not return it. If the parts were missing then it had obviously been opened and returned before.It was the manager. The larger younger lady that does the bare minimum to help you regularly. I HIGHLY recommend not trying to return anything OR depend on her help. Wait until she is NOT working.

Always phenomenal customer service! Called around today [Christmas Eve] to check hours, and as usual, this was the only location that answered. Not only did she answer, but she was very pleasant and professiona. Though I'm sure they're probably busy and not very excited to be there today, it wasn't evident.
