“Terrific. I'm a first-time customer. I showed up on Friday, 20 minutes to closing, and they helped me as if I were the first customer of the day. I really appreciated it. I certainly wasn't expecting to be helped so professionally at closing time on a Friday. I needed brakes added to a 16-foot trailer that didn't come with any originally; and I needed the trailer's decking replaced. They quickly provided me with details and a competitive price to do it. I said I'll take it, but asked if they would walk around my trailer with me and suggest any other improvements they thought I might need. We made the walk and found three or four other smaller things I wanted to repair or replace and then added them to the project. I left my trailer and went home knowing I went to the right place. “This place was super! The last oil change done elsewhere on my car,had stripped the cap.These folks tried several minutes to take it off and had already drained the oil.They refilled with new oil and wouldn't allow me to pay for it! They have my business for the rest of my life!”

“I was visiting from Arkansas and woke up to a low tire. I swung in Hanks and a young man went right to work, he looked for the leek for about 15min when I realized I told him the wrong tire! He was so kind and we just joked about it. They only charged me $10 to plug it. Excellent service!”
