The woman working the drive-thru window at 545 PM 7/30/24 needs to be fired. Her horrible attitude and complete disregard for customer service should not be tolerated.
I will not be returning to this Walgreens again.

Worse customer service every time I come here they are talking crazy to someone. They do what they want and they close early. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS rude and never has my prescription ready! It's a total joke of a pharmacy and its almost like it's an inconvenience to some of the workers in pharmacy to assist in any way.

This worse pharmacy Walgreens has. I had place an order and select to pick up the other thru the drive thru. When I told the Pharmacy Tech Cynthia about my pick up order she refused to assist. She lied and said that this Walgreens does not offer this service. I simply told her if they did not offer the service, it wouldn’t be an option on the app. She then kept saying we don’t offer the service, I then corrected her and said I have picked up my curbside order along with my medication before why can’t you do this now. She then got an attitude and said we close at 6 and I don’t feel like going to get the order. I wasn’t going to argue with a person that clearly doesn’t care about her job or the companies clients. As a result I had to go to the curbside pickup location to pick up the order. When I spoke to the store manager via phone, she apologized and said that the pharmacy Technician Cynthia does this on a regular basis. This woman needs to be fired.

The worst pharmacy and Walgreens I have ever experienced. Customer service is a joke. In addition witnessed a fight inside store between 2 employees.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews, my experience with filling prescriptions even only an hour after they were called in, wether indoors or via the drive thru have always been quick and efficient with no hassle!

This Walgreens is the absolute worse.Trying to get medication filled here is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. Always a nightmare to get your medicine filled (if it ever gets filled) in an orderly timely manner without confusion. It’s always an issue. I’m surprised they are still open and not shut down due to their incompetence. I would rather go an hour away to use a pharmacy that does their job correctly than to use the Walgreens in Boutte.

All around just horrible. So sad because they’re are limited pharmacies in the area. The pharmacy closes at random times or days and their phone lines have you waiting for ridiculous amount of time and the Walgreens app seems to not communicate with only this location. I have been a customer of Walgreens for years in multiple states and cities in LA and have never seen anything like this.

Cynthia at the window was extremely rude when filling my mothers medicine. She complained about needing a DEA number from the doctor (acted as if it were some top secret number ) the doctor got on the phone and said all they needed was the number over the phone and it was nothing special AND WE DIDN'T NEED TO COME BACK . They simply didn't want to take the time to speak to the provider over the phone and get the number . Made us drive all the way back to the emergency room which was 15 mins while my mothers in pain to get the DEA number and the doctor simply wrote it IN BLACK INK ON THE PRESCRIPTION PAPER ! Even said when I got back to the hospital that they could have just called the number isn't anything special or secret and they are being ridiculous. The demeanor of the pharmacy tech CYNTHIA was beyond disrespectful. She threw my debit card in the bag instead of handing it back to me as well .. I will not be returning to this walgreens pharmacy .

The pharmacy DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Or, they answer and put the phone back on the hook. Horrible! I can't even get my pharmacy changed because they won't answer the phone from another pharmacy either. They should all be fired!
