“If you decide to rent a unit, go online first! I got my first month free and I'm loving it. The lady at the desk was really nice and explained everything in full detail so I could get a good understanding before signing.”
“Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens.Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.”

“Had movers fill their truck from my pod and house in New Orleans. They carefully wrapped everything and worked quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. They delivered everything to my storage unit in Asheville and off loaded as carefully as they had packed it. Friendly, professional drivers and crew!Picture is how they had to back out of the parking lot because of the sharp dip but didn't harm the tree or scrape the ground!”

“Ms Liz Vining helped me with my storage unit she was very nice and courteous and explained everything in detail. She had me follow her to the unit and showed me the unit and that there are cameras in the building and assured me my things would be safe. It was a wonderful experience for me since this was the first time I have had to rent a storage unit because of the passing of my husband 2 months ago. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking g for a place to store your belongings so see Ms Liz”
“I am so glad I found this mini storage to store my stuff at because its so clean and affordable and being by the airport is so convenient for someone who travels as much as I do. The property manager Melissa is so helpful and friendly, she even has free chocolates, what more could I ask for. I know I dont have to worry about my stuff with such an attentive staff. “I am a very long-term tenant here (years). I never thought about writing a review until recently. I called in my payment this month, & some numbers belonging to the credit card were transposed. When leaving a voicemail, alerting me to a problem with the payment card, I was pleasantly surprised at the content & courtesy of the message. They didn't insinuate or make accusations of any bad intentions on my part. Actually, the message cited several possibilities, including an error on their end or the potential that my card had been compromised. Every interaction with either Nancy or John has been polite and professional. Unlike the storage giants like Public Storage, A Rock has not price gouged by going up every time you look around. I am an advocate of supporting local business/small companies. If you have storage needs, please consider A-Rock. This is an unbiased review. I do not know the owners and employees personally. I appreciate when people take time to review, & thought I would do the same in hopes that it would help someone:)”

“I love closet box. They keep their promises. They pick up boxes/bins at closet box and bring to my house and pick up boxes at my house and take to closet box. Perfect for seasonal decorations or just the “stuff†that takes up precious room at your home.”

“Helped a friend move their stuff into a storage unit. Over all, the place is ok. It was clean. There where lots of lighting and security cameras. They have a small freight elevator but at ground level it's 6" above the ground so you have to lift heavy items up to get them in the elevator. Did I mention it's small? Full size dresser won't fit or even a queen sized headboard to name a few. But if you can get a ground level unit you should be fine. My friend was afraid to get a ground unit in case it flooded around there.”
