Just so everyone knows, if you have to go to the Cricket store in Boutte Louisiana on the weekends (the one right next to Bamboo Garden), be prepared for the person running the store to tell you they don't know how to do anything at all in the store. And then they will tell you they cannot get a hold of their boss very easily on the weekends to ask how to do something, they are only watching the store.At least that's the response I got when I went in to turn off the service to mom's cell phone line after she passed away.The young lady at the store was actually very nice, but it does me no good to be nice if you can't do anything that your store is supposed to do I guess.

I switched to Cricket Wireless from another company. The sales rep gave me a "free" case for my new phone but later when I checked my receipt she had actually charged me $15 for it and they wouldn't refund my money! I never even asked for the case and the only reason i accepted it was because she said it was free!
