Found Bent's on Google in a "1st time RV Lifestyler's" emergency leak search for sealant. Thanks to another post, I could see they have an awesome retail supply side and had exactly what I needed! I decided to look at the stock by a great knowledgeable guy and had exactly what I needed! Decided to take a peek and was shown by the newest awesome team salesman member of 1 week Mr. Fonseca, my future "Forever Home". Thank you Bent's I'll see you soon to bring my baby home ?? ?

Unbelievably poor service is how I would describe Bent RV service department. I delivered my motorhome to Bent RV on the morning of May 29th for minor repairs to my refrigerator and hot water system. There was no delay with warranty approval and the parts needed for the repairs were received by Bent RV on June 6th. I went out after 2 weeks to check the status of my RV and I was told I was in line for the shop. On June 17th I got a text stating I was in line for the shop. At the 4 week period I asked them to box up the parts and I’d pick up my motorhome to take somewhere else because it was evident repairing my rig wasn’t a priority. After discussing the issue with the warranty department I was informed that if I would be responsible for the cost of repairs because of the commitment to Bent so I forwarded my findings to Bent RV and said they would have to pay. In response to my concerns and my directive to get my motorhome ready for me to pick up, I was told via text by the service manager that this was the first he had heard of me needing my motorhome back by a certain date. Apparently the service department was under the impression I needed a place to store my motorhome for 6 weeks and if they could complete the repairs in the mean time that would be fantastic. ??♂️??
Please know it is June 24th when we are having this discussion. Finally on July 8th, I told them I would be there to retrieve my motorhome whether it was ready or not and that is what I did on July 9th.

Searching for the perfect floor plan on Facebook Marketplace, I came across a used late model fifth wheel at Bent’s. A quick visit in person and I found that it was a good choice! Not just the camper, but also the dealership. From the time we walked in, we were greeted with professionalism. Jamie was our salesman, but everyone was very friendly and helpful before, during and yes, even after the sale! After getting it home, a few small issues were found and all it took was a phone call and we brought it back in for service, where we were met just as before with the same professionalism as the other visits. Being in customer service myself, the way I am treated when I visit a vendor means more than the product and it is obviously equally important for the entire staff at Bent’s!

Good service. Took my RV in for warranty work. When I went to pick it up, one item was not done and they were able to make it right before I was hooked up and ready to pull out

Bent’s RV was patient with me as I am a newbie to camping. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my camper from Bent's RV as I was out of town when I had to purchase it. I only wish I could have waited to purchase it from Bent's. That being said, Bent's RV has treated me as though I had purchased my camper from them and that I am a valued client. They took the time to show me all the perks of my camper, how it works and showed me how to do everything safely and independently as I am a 67 year old female with disabilities. I cannot begin to say enough about Bent's professionalism and consideration.
I have been completely impressed with the service thus far. In the service industry, I think it is very important to keep your employees happy and show your appreciation with kind words of recognition, employee lunches and/or gatherings, pay, and any other gestures. If you are doing that, Bent's will continue to prosper by keeping longevity in its service department thus, keeping its clients, such as myself, completely satisfied.

It was good they keep me up to date by Notify me at least once a week on the progress. They notified me when my. Panel head came in and when they were gonna to fix it.the only thing it took a few weeks after getting the panel in to get it fixed.. the work was done was good Quality work. It was fixed and everything was sealed up tight. I would go back again.

Had sway bars and a tongue jack placed on my RV. Took less than an hour and they are having a fantastic sale on parts right now. 30-50% off. Can’t beat that with a stick. Parts associate is super friendly and answered all my questions. I could not ask for more. Great experience.

Im disappointed at the parts department called on Monday to ask if there was a water valve for a dometic toilet, and was told that it will arrive the next day, I then waited and called before heading to the business and was told yes they have them, drove an Hour for them to tell me there is none. (They will come in tomorrow). What a waste of time

We weren't crazy about this place at all.
They were nice, but not too great. We had to ride in a cart to look at campers.
Usually, we just go look, then make a decision. We've owned three campers in the last 13 years. Kind of know what we're looking for.
But.... each rv place has their own way of doing things. Just wasn't crazy how we were handled during this viewing.
Plus, all their small campers had bunk beds, which wasn't for us. But if you are looking for a small camper with bunk beds, do come here.

Went look at campers today at Bents. It was a great experience. Ben H. Took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and brought us to the exact campers and a few others. He’s was great at explaining everything about the RV and the few he wasn’t 100% sure about he found out for us.
