“I was in Kenner on Williams Blvd when I realized my driver side headlight bulb was out and needed replaced. We purchased two new bulbs from AutoZone on Williams. However, the lady in the store said she couldn't help replace the bulb as she didn't have enough employees to leave the store. Fast forward to Monday and we were still unable to find a handyman able to do this. I'm mobility impaired so it would be impossible for me to have done this myself. I called my local Auto Zone in Boutte, La and spoke to a very kind lady . Once I explained that it was purchased elsewhere but had the bulbs unopened and a receipt for the purchase she said to bring it in and they would help. I brought my car, the receipt and the unopened bulbs expecting to return them. However, my daughter went in and out came an employee, Michael, who graciously braved the heat and humidity and changed not one but BOTH the low beam bulbs I had purchased. I can't thank the employees at our local Boutte Auto Zone for their kindness and help. Definitely, the way a business should ruWe will definitely remember who helped us when we needed to change a part in the future.”
